About the home

The apartment is on the ground floor of two floors. The view of the sea and mountains around the pool are breathtaking. It has a private enclosed terrace . Patio seating for 4.

The lounge is spacious and has TV and a DVD player ( with a range of DVDs). There is also a CD player. There is a spacious king size bedroom, a single bedroom and a bedroom with full size bunk beds and a put up bed for a sixth occupant. Please note that the layout means that the bathroom can only be accessed via the main bedroom. The bathroom has shower over bath. The kitchen is separate and has a dining area. There is a full size oven, fridge, toaster and microwave aswell as first aid and sewing kits.

The apartment sleeps up to a family of 6 including a travel cot for babies on request. It is not suitable for 6 adults due to its layout.

The complex is in an excellent location with sea and mountain views and is only a small walk to the harbour and bars and 10 minute walk to the main beach.

The pool is currently out of use therefore reduced rate of £250 per week. There is full use of pool at Balcon del Mar only 250m away (See pics)

Loma Verde is a small complex of fully-refurbished self- contained holiday apartments set within well maintained gardens with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. There is a large swimming pool and baby pool, sun bathing terraces and showers. There is a children's play area.
Private parking is also available.

Towels and Bedlinen are provided on arrival. Additional towels and bedding will be left in the apartment for stays of more than one week. If more towels are required mid week - to be arranged with cleaner separately for a small fee. Strictly No Smoking in the apartment but is permitted on the terrace.

Conditions

Deposit of £100 to be paid by cheque if booking more than 6 weeks prior to stay. If booking within 6 weeks of stay then full payment by cheque is required at time of booking. Please note we require a £100 refundable deposit to cover any damages or lose of keys. Please note there is an extra charge of £25 per person for parties of over 4.

The Lanzarote region

With its warm climate and year-round sunshine, the island of Lanzarote is ideal for winter getaways. Our apartment is located in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen, in an exclusive area. We are conveniently located for the harbour and beach - it's just an 8-minute walk to the harbour, small beach and quay, where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, or if you feel active try your hand at some water sports!

A 15-minute walk away, meanwhile, is the Grand Playa (big beach) with its array of beachfront bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. There are also a number of supermarkets within a 5 minute stroll of Loma Verde.

The Puerto del Carmen / Old Town Puerto del Carmen area

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Puerto Calero is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a beautiful marina flanked by restaurants and bars. Playa Blanca is worth a visit only 25 minutes by car with the beautiful buzzing marina and array of shops and bars. plus the famous Papagaya Beach..

Fire Mountain, Cactus Gardens and Water park are all within 25 minutes by car and well worth a visit. Coach trips and buses also run to these areas.
