There is a large balcony with this apartment whereas the other apartments only have a small one and it is with full seaviews and a new Marina will be completed in May of this year which will add to the views.

The El Rincon complex is conveniently located close to the centre of Puerto del Carmen, a stone's throw from the port with its wide range of restaurants and bars. Puerto del Carmen being an old fishing village, you have a great choice of fish and seafood restaurants; however, other tastes are also catered for and the tourist area offers restaurants running the gamut from Chinese takeaways to the good old "full English breakfast". We are also located just 10 minutes from Playa Chica, the nearest sandy beach.
