Villa Ambar is a stunning luxurious 3 bedroom,3 bathroom villa set in the most prestigious location in Puerto del Carmen. A magnificent, fully air conditioned/heated villa, beautifully furnished and with large gardens, BBQ and all year round heated swimming pool. The large outdoor covered terrace with large table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Relax on a sun lounger beside your private pool enjoying a glass of wine. Comprehensively equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a free wireless internet connection. The two beautiful lounges come equipped with 37” flat screen TVs and DVD player, with Spanish, English and German satellite systems. Guests can have free use of cots and high chairs if required. A truly magnificent property, offering guests the holiday of a lifetime.

Villa Ambar is spilt between 2 levels, with bedrooms on each. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensuite. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and another bedroom and 1 bathroom on the other level. All the rooms are double.The master bedroom has a superking size bed. The other bedrooms have twin beds.

There is an open plan lounge/dining room with enough seating for 6 people and comfortable sofas. There is a complete home entertainment system, with DVD player (DVD's not supplied) , Wii Console and satellite equipment included.

This leads into the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a property of this standard. Comprising off a dishwasher, washing machine,clothes dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, hob, cutlery and crockery.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is a a gift of nature and without any doupt an incomparable paradise combining the magic of its history with an enviable climate throughout the year, beautiful beaches and breathtaking landscapes, a paradise of unique nature which friendly people proved to know how to take care of.

Lanzarote is a volcanic island, looking arid and desert, largely covered by lava fields caused by volcanic eruptions in the eighteenth century. Lanzarote consists of seven municipalities: Arrecife (capital of the island), Haría, San Bartolomé, Teguise, Tías, Tinajo y Yaiza.

The island has around 300 volcanoes and is known for its dramatic lunar landscape. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and jagged, rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture. Building work on the island is very tightly controlled and there is no high rise, with white washed villas predominating the landscape.

The Puerto del Carmen area

Lanzarote's Puerto del Carmen is the island's longest-established resort. The area around the harbour and the Old Town are full of winding streets and quiet bars and restaurants.

The newer part of town has a promenade and all the nightclubs and shops you would expect from a popular resort. There are miles of sandy beaches and a range of watersports to choose from.

Leaving the airport take the motorway L-2 towards Tías. Switch to left hand lane and go left under the bridge to Puerto del Carmen onto LZ-40. Carry on this road until you reach the end (about 8km) Turn left at the roundabout and carry on down the hill until you turn right at Calle Salinas. carry on round this road until you reach a junction to turn left into Calle Taburiente which you carry on until it leads into Calle Los Volcanes and you will find Villa Coral at number 12.

To access Villa Perla or Villa Ambar carry on passed Villa Coral and turn to your right in Calle Janubio (there is a sign in front that says Restaurante Arena) you will first find villa Perla and just slightly further on Villa Ambar.
