About the home

Delightful one bedroom apartment ideally located in central Puerto del Carmen and is only 3 minutes walk from the sea front, with all its shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Playa Grande beach.

Las Acacias is a delightful complex of just 26 one bedroom apartments ideally located centrally in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment benefits from a south facing sunny balcony overlooking the pool.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a south facing balcony which overlooks the pool and has table and chairs which are ideal for outside dining.

The accommodation comprises of living room with sofa bed which makes up to a double bed and TV with satellite channels, adjacent kitchen, breakfast bar, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with bath complete with overhead shower, wash basin, wc.

The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, microwave with integrated oven, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. An iron, ironing board and hair-dryer are also provided. There is also a fitted safe.

There is regular maid service included with all bathroom towels and bed linen provided. There are also reception facilities available (part time).

The pool area and sun terraces are fully tiled with sunbeds located around the pool for your use with no charge.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated just off the west coast of Africa. The island befits from all year round sunshine with temperatures not varying much from approximately 20C in January to 30C in August.

There are many attractions and places of interest on the island from the volcanic areas in the south of Timanfaya National Park with its renouned Montana Del Fuego (Mountain of Fire) and the opportunity to climb it on the camel trek.
There is also an underground lake in Jameos del Agua as well as the Mythical Greens cave (cueva de los Verdes) and cactus garden (Jardin de Cactus) and of course the magnificent house of Cesar de Manrique.

There are 18 hole golf courses at both Puerto del Cramen and Costa Teguise.

The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area

In Puerto del Carmen itself there is a blend of both modern restaurants to suit all tastes, bars, and shops including the Biosfera shopping Centre.

The 'old town' with its harbour and traditional fish restaurants creating its own atmosphere. The local attraction of rancho Texas, a wild west theme park is located on the outskirts of the town.

All major airline companies such as Ryanair, Thomson, Thomas Cook and Monarch fly to Lanzarote.

There are regular flights which fly during daytime without having the unsociable night time flights.

Flight time is approx 3hrs 45mins and are from most UK airports.

Flights are to Arrecife airport which is approximately 10mins taxi ride to the apartment and resort of Puerto del Carmen. The taxi ride should cost no more than 15 Euros.

“great value” just back from lanzarote.apartment as stated in advert.very clean and bedding changed once in two weeks.towels changed 3 times and flat cleaned..very quite area and close to many supermarkets.steep... more
