Lovely furnished two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor overlooking pool and gardens with a sea view. Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and marble fitted work surfaces.

Large balcony with table chairs, and sunbeds provided. Shared communal pool and gardens with sunbeds.

Ideal for those wanting a peaceful location but all amenities within walking distances.

A £100 deposit will be required at time of booking and final balance 4 weeks before departure. The apartment is only available for families and couples.

The Lanzarote region

The Puerto del Carmen area

Puerto del Carmen is the island's main tourist resort and is situated on the coast only a ten minute drive from the airport. Originally a small fishing village,it has now grown along the six kilometre golden beach. The beaches and seas fly the blue flag of the EEC awarded for purity and safety. On the beach you can try out parascending, jet skiing, banana ski bus etc. Along the beach road you will find shops, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Clubs,discos and casino make Puerto del Carmen a lively spot for night life.
