Some of the most prestigious properties on the island are situated on Los Mojones, offering fine views across the mountains. This area is for those who seek space, tranquillity and seclusion, without sacrificing the local amenities of Puerto Del Carmen, Old Town and harbour, which are only a ten minute walk. The new 18 hole golf course at Tias is now open. A car is desirable but not essential.

Quietly situated on a quarter of an acre plot of land and secluded for complete privacy by volcanic rock walls enclosing the mature gardens.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, luxury family bathroom and large separate shower room. The kitchen is superbly fitted and includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, built-in oven and ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle. The spacious lounge and dining room area are well furnished with Sky TV including film and sports channels, BBC 1 & 2 plus ITV channel 4 and 5 DVD player, hi-fi system. Fully mobile Wi-fi available.

A weekly maid service compliments this very well equipped luxury villa. Towels changed twice a week.

This most exclusive three bedroom detached villa enjoys the luxury of a 9 x 4.5 meter private swimming pool which is biological with no chemicals used and is heated during the winter months. The outside area is further enhanced by a large terrace, brick built barbecue, covered eating areas and sun terraces which are amply equipped with patio furniture and cushions.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the south, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Although car hire is not absolutely necessary, it is recommended to see many of the attractions of Lanzarote. This can be arranged at time of booking. Please remember to bring your driving licence with you.

The Puerto del Carmen / Los Mojones area

Puerto del Carmen is the island’s main resort and has 5kms of wide, sandy beach and a great choice of places to play and eat. It’s still got a lively nightlife but has a more all round appeal with a range of attractions for all ages. Los Mojones is a short walk from Puerto del Carmen and the Old Town/harbour where you can sample the local seafood.
