The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the south, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Puerto del Carmen is the island’s main resort and has 5kms of wide, sandy beach and a great choice of places to play and eat. It’s still got a lively nightlife but has a more all round appeal with a range of attractions for all ages. Los Mojones is a short walk from Puerto del Carmen and the Old Town/harbour where you can sample the local seafood.
