A newly built property. 4 bedrooms (1 double with a king-size and 3 twin). The villa counts with its own private heated pool and car parking, . Since the villa have beautiful views of the sea

The villa is located are a quiet urban setting but very near to the facilities and services you'll need, The nearest supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2 minute walk away, 10-15 mins walk to beach, the old harbour only a 8 minute walk, and the Biosfera shopping centre which houses many international brands e.g Zara, Mango etc and has entertainment facilities e.g Crazy Golf, Trampolines, internet access & arcades is 8 - 10 minutes of a stroll

Ideal for golfing holidays, 3 mins drive to nearest golf course.

The white-washed villa occupies three storeys with a well planned ground floor sitting dining room fitted with high quality furniture and large patio doors opening to the pool terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and barbecue

The villa offers a very good level of privacy for sunbathing

While the attractive bedrooms are complemented by two further bathrooms, one with shower massage
Both bathrooms have full shower facilities as well as baths and the property has a 100 litre hot water tank, enough for all the family.

The property is a comfortable option for 9 guests.

Step outside to the terrace and there is plentiful space to sit in the sunshine and work on your tan around the fair sized pool.

The villa offers a very good level of privacy for sunbathing

A furnished tiled terrace outside the living room provides a great spot to while away the hours and there is also a barbecue for conjuring up alfresco meals.

The villa is inside Puerto del Carmen, Also is the area well lit and with streets in good condition

Biosfera shopping centre is 8 - 10 minutes of a stroll, and the old harbour, with its excellent selection of tapas bars and fish restaurants is only a 10 minute of a stroll, and is the departure point for many boat excursions around the island.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote has many beautiful beaches ranging from large sandy ones for the sun worshipper to rugged rocky ones for the surfer. For families with children there is the water park to keep them happy

Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote´s main tourist resort, offers over 6 km. of golden sandy beaches, with bars and restaurants that will appeal to all tastes as well as the quieter old town harbour area offering small intimate dining establishments and bars for those that want a more laid back evening.


Due to the fantastic climate and clean waters all kind of sports are available year round: windsurfing, scuba diving, sport fishing. In addition to its beautiful coastline

A galore of shops and shopping centres, restaurants, bars and entertainment halls, offers all sorts of possibilities for good buys and leisure activities.

At night Puerto del Carmen is the ideal place to go for a stroll along the promenade taking in the sights and sounds, carried on the balmy sea air.

For the young and energetic this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.

You should not miss the opportunity to visit the Montanas del Fuego where you can still experience the heat that lies just beneath the ground in this truly wonderful volcanic area.

The influence of Lanzarote's most famous artist Cesar Manrique is all around you in the many attractions that he encouraged in his lifetime.

There are two excellent eighteen hole golf course within easy driving distance of the villa, one only 2 minutes away.

For those who enjoy motor sport there is a superb quality Go-Kart track within 10 minutes drive. It has all the very latest electronic timing equipment to make for a very competitive and fun time. On certain days of the year it hosts professional competitions.

Taxis are available from the airport and the journey takes less than 15 minutes. Alternatively you can hire a small car for around 150 Euro per week. All the major car rental companies are inside the arrivals hall at Areciffe airport. It is not usually necessary to pre-book but if you wish to do so just type "car rental Lanzarote" into your favourite search engine.

“GREAT ACCOMODATION” Lovely and clean with private pool just outside the door to cool off......10 minutes from the town, great area..... will definitly go there again.
