While the attractive bedrooms are complemented by two further bathrooms, one with shower massage
Both bathrooms have full shower facilities as well as baths and the property has a 100 litre hot water tank, enough for all the family.
The property is a comfortable option for 9 guests.
Step outside to the terrace and there is plentiful space to sit in the sunshine and work on your tan around the fair sized pool.
The villa offers a very good level of privacy for sunbathing
A furnished tiled terrace outside the living room provides a great spot to while away the hours and there is also a barbecue for conjuring up alfresco meals.

The villas are all located in a quite area but very near the facilities and services you'll need. Bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, clothing shops, shopping centre, etc. 2 minutes of a stroll
Biosfera shopping centre is 8 - 10 minutes of a stroll, and the old harbour, with its excellent selection of tapas bars and fish restaurants is only a 10 minute of a stroll, and is the departure point for many boat excursions around the island.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands situated approximately 60 miles off the west African coast.
The landscape is unique within the Canaries with its rocky volcanic history there for all to see.
The Canaray islands benefit from all year round sunshine which make them popular for those wishing to escape the British winter.
The weather in Lanzarote: The climate is dry, the temperature is moderate, we have no humidity, humidity 55% / 60% The temperature in winter is wonderful, about 77 degrees Fahrenheit or 25 degrees Celsius by day, and 65 degrees Fahrenheit or 18 degrees Celsius at night, In summer, about 82 degrees Fahrenheit or 28 degrees Celsius by day, and 72 degrees Fahrenheit or 22 degrees Celsius at night Normally, it is never excessive the heat or the cold, we always have the sun and a fresh sea breeze, the temperature is very nice both outside and inside the houses.
The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area
Lanzarote has many beautiful beaches ranging from large sandy ones for the sun worshipper to rugged rocky ones for the surfer. For families with children there is the water park to keep them happy
Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote´s main tourist resort, offers over 6 km. of golden sandy beaches, with bars and restaurants that will appeal to all tastes as well as the quieter old town harbour area offering small intimate dining establishments and bars for those that want a more laid back evening.
Due to the fantastic climate and clean waters all kind of sports are available year round: windsurfing, scuba diving, sport fishing. In addition to its beautiful coastline
A galore of shops and shopping centres, restaurants, bars and entertainment halls, offers all sorts of possibilities for good buys and leisure activities.
At night Puerto del Carmen is the ideal place to go for a stroll along the promenade taking in the sights and sounds, carried on the balmy sea air.
For the young and energetic this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.
You should not miss the opportunity to visit the Montanas del Fuego where you can still experience the heat that lies just beneath the ground in this truly wonderful volcanic area.
The influence of Lanzarote's most famous artist Cesar Manrique is all around you in the many attractions that he encouraged in his lifetime.
There are two excellent eighteen hole golf course within easy driving distance of the villa, one only 2 minutes away.
For those who enjoy motor sport there is a superb quality Go-Kart track within 10 minutes drive. It has all the very latest electronic timing equipment to make for a very competitive and fun time. On certain days of the year it hosts professional competitions.

Taxis are available from the airport and the journey takes less than 15 minutes. Alternatively you can hire a small car for around 150 Euro per week. All the major car rental companies are inside the arrivals hall at Areciffe airport. It is not usually necessary to pre-book but if you wish to do so just type "car rental Lanzarote" into your favourite search engine.
Minibus Transfer: If you do not rent a car to the airport, and wants to avoid the long queues for the taxi, you can book a transfer from airport to the Villa

5 Girls stayed for 1 week in May 2009 for a 50th birthday celebration. The villa was very private and not overlooked. Within walking distance to all amenities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.

"I have recently returned from a two week stay with my partner at the Villa Lanzarote in Puerto del Carmen.
I was very pleased that the description of the villa was very accurate,it was everything it said and more besides.
It was very spacious and well furnished,with lots of attention to detail and very well eqipped and clean.
The layout was excellent and the pool and patio area were very spacious and very private.
The location was really good too, as you could walk to the old and new town from it within about 5-10 mins.
The old town in particular has some really good restaurants ( try La Cascada to me one of the best places to eat on the island,fantastic food ,great service,and everything freshly cooked) but eating out in general is excellent.
If you prefer to stay in to eat there are two well stocked supermarkets within walking distance also.
The service provided by the owner was excellent, and I am already planning my return visit, and would recommend these villas to any body, we had a fantastic time there."

Fantastic Villa
Thank you, you have a really beautiful house, decorated with a fabulous contemporary style, very modern, but at the same time very comfortable, besides the house is very large, you have plenty of room and you do not feel overwhelmed.
I was with my husband and my 3 sons, my husband and I in a floor with private bath, and my three sons in the bedrooms, in another different floor, with its own bathroom, almost as if my husband and I, we had gone on holiday alone.
As my sons have already 17.18 and 20 years, went out at night, and as everything is pretty close walk, I am not worried about it having to go by car, as well as supermarkets and restaurants and bars are very close, as a 5-minute walk, and also a 10 minute walk there is a modern shopping centre.
The villa I felt fabulous and we had some fantastic holiday. Since then recommend it to everyone, I would return tomorrow.
What I liked was the decoration, the breadth and intimacy, both inside the house, as in the patio and pool
