This magnificent luxury villa is available for holiday rentals It offers a superb level of holiday accommodation in extremely spacious surroundings. Casa Candelaria in Tias, Puerto Del Carmen, offers all the comforts of a home away from home.

The property is set in exceptionally large grounds with landscaped gardens all around and featuring sunbathing and dining terraces on various levels. All overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and making the most of the fantastic sea views. A Hot Tub spa adds a further spot of luxury.

The villa itself boasts 4 bedrooms over two floors, a master suite, a double room and two twin rooms. 3 Bathrooms. Lounge and Dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen. Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football and Darts. Outside Shower. Dedicated BBQ Area. 8 Sunbeds. Beach Towels Provided. Safe. FREE Super Fast Fibre Optic WiFi. Full TV package including VOD and Box Sets. A welcome pack is also provided on your arrival.

The elegant decoration and furnishings provide a serene, relaxing atmosphere throughout the villa. The living area is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and has picture windows through which guests can enjoy amazing views to the sea. As well as ample comfortable sofas, the living area also features a formal dining table with seating for eight guests.

The villa has a large, separate, extremely well equipped modern kitchen. French doors lead from both the living area and the kitchen onto the upper terrace area. Also on the upper floor is a pretty twin bedroom and full bathroom with overhead shower. There are three further bedrooms on the lower level all with french doors out to terraces. The beautiful master bedroom is gracefully decorated and has French doors leading out to a large covered terrace.

It has a separate dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with twin basins and a full bath with overhead shower. Also on the lower level are two further spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, have fitted wardrobes and offer the additional comfort of ceiling fans.

This villa is set in its own exceptionally large grounds with landscape garden all around made up of sunbathing and dining terraces on various levels. The beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terraces are positioned to make the most of the fantastic panoramic sea views. Leading from the living room and kitchen is the upper terrace on which there is patio furniture and a BBQ for guests to enjoy alfresco dining. A sweeping staircase leads to the lower terrace and pool area. The 9m x 4m, electrically heated pool has roman steps for easy access. There is a second patio table and chairs on the lower terrace which is covered to offer a shaded area. Ample sunbeds and beautiful views make this an ideal villa for guests wishing to make the most of the Canarian sun. A Hot Tub sits on the main terrace for that extra spot of luxury.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wendy (the owner) a message.

If Wendy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
