The apartment is bright and airy with two balconies, one facing east and one facing west for stunning views of the Lanzarote sunrise and sunset. The balcony is perfect for relaxing or enjoying Al Fresco dining.

Furnished throughout with modern decor, including cable tv and internet on site. Beautiful pool and children's pool.

Fully furnished with fabulous views. Walk to the beach in 6 minutes.

Sunshine 12 months of the year. Friendly local people.

The apartment is close to marinas for boating, fishing, water sports etc. 10 minutes drive from Arrecise (Capitol of Lanzarote). 20 minutes from Costa Tequise with its traditional market and old town.
