Complex as seen on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun Home or Away.Stunning completely renovated and fully refurbished apartment on the Matagorda Bay complex, with sea views and private terrace overlooking two heated swimming pools. All-year-round sunshine.

The complex features two heated swimming pools with sunbathing terraces and sea views. Perfectly situated, the beach and commercial centre of Matagorda, with its wide range of restaurants and bars, is less than a ten minute stroll away, while the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen is just a mile or so away and is easily accessible by bus (the stop is next to the complex), taxi, or on foot along the scenic pedestrianised coastal path.

“Fantastic.” Enjoyed the peace and quite and lovely clean complex, the fantastic apartment, can't wait to back, could do with a month next year, might have to settle with two weeks.

“Excellent Apartment and Holiday” We stayed at the end of Sept 2011, what a excellent, comfortable and very clean apartment. Only 5 mins from the airport in a taxi costing about 11 euro which was great. The complex was very clean and everone there were very friendly. Matagorda is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday and lots of nice bars and places to eat. We are looking to book again for next year.

Hi just to say thanks very much to both of you for letting us rent your beautiful apartment. Everything about it was just right for us , infact it was the best place we have ever stayed abroad! We would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday as long as they don't want to book at the same time as us! The apartment was first class with great facilities, lovely sea views and the weather was beautiful all week.
Matagorda itself had a varied range of bars and restaurants which weren't too busy at this time of year - which suited us.

Puerto Del Carman is only 5 euros away in a taxi if you want busier nightlife and shopping.
It was a great holiday and we will hopefully be booking again next year but this time for 2 weeks!
