Comfortable ground floor apartment situated on a small well maintained and quiet complex of two storey apartments in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote approximately 200 metres from the beach on a level road easy access to a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of four persons, in two bedrooms. 1 double king size bed and 2 singles. Both have fitted wardrobes dressing tables and bedside tables. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and shower, hand basin, w.c. and bidet. The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, fridge, sink unit, electric kettle and toaster. There is ample cutlery, crockery, glassware etc.
The dining area and lounge (which is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar) has dining table and chairs, a comfortable seating arrangement, sideboard, occasional table, TV/ video and DVD. From the lounge, patio doors lead onto an extremely large terrace, 22 x 17 feet with sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol. The terrace which is situated on the ground floor has the advantage of privacy from the pool area by being in a slightly elevated position and also has the benefit of full sun all day. Although on the ground floor, this is an elevated location therefore is not overlooked by people around the pool area. From the terrace a few steps lead down to the children's pool and large swimming pool.

The apartment is managed by a resident English couple. They will meet you the day you arrive, to check that all is in order and answer any questions you may have. They are also available on the telephone in case of emergency. Electricity is the same voltage as the U.K.
