The apartment is located in a quiet and central location yet only a 10 minute walk from the beach front, where numerous bars and restaurants can also be found. Alternatively, visit the old town of Puerto del Carmen which is also within easy walking distance. Excellent fish restaurants can be found along the harbour as well as many bars suitable for both families and couples.The complex offers excellent facilities including a restaurant, internet access, two communal swimming pools and a pool side snack bar. There is also a supermarket providing all the essential items needed for a self catering holiday. Leading from the living room is a private balcony with lovely sea views and furnished with table and chairs.
Full self catering facilities are available in this apartment. This is also our holiday home, so is furnished to a high standard.

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with two single beds, two fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers for plenty of hanging and storage space.
The bathroom consists of a bath and shower.
Fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine, two ring hot plate and all utensils and crockery.
A cozy lounge area with a sofa which pulls out in to a double sofa bed with a separate mattress.
My brother owns a 1 bedroom apartment on the same complex, furnished to the same standard.
If two apartments are required then this can be arranged, subject to availability.

The apartment balcony benefits from the sun all day long.
The pools and gardens on the complex are cleaned and maintained regularly.
Sunbeds are provided around the pools for sunbathing.
The complex has a large wall around the perimeter with two large gates for access to provide security and privacy.
We can arrange for a welcome pack consisting of basic items to be supplied for clients who have late flights.
Our friend manages our apartments and is available if any problems or emergencies occur. (contact details will be supplied upon booking).
This is strictly a no smoking apartment, however smoking is permitted on the outside balcony.
Due to the apartment been located on the top floor it is the parents responsibility to ensure children are never left unattended.
£70 deposit per week is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20 km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August. Annual rainfall is just 140mm (5.5 inches). This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.
Amongst the many stunning Volcanic features of Lanzarote is the longest Volcanic Tunnel in the world, the Atlantida Tunnel, which is over 7 km long and includes the La Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua, both are fantastic places to visit.
There are also many other places to visit and explore such as the Timanfaya National Park, the Cactus Gardens and the most beautiful famous house of Cesar Manrique.
Despite the Volcanic nature of the island, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches such as at Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Papagayo.
The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area
Puerto Del Carmens' 'Blue Flag' rated beach, 'Playa Blanca', or 'Playa Grande' as its known locally, is the best on the whole island and offers a host of sporting activities, from scuba diving, snorkelling and wind surfing to sport fishing due to the beautiful clear clean waters. Of course if you prefer to enjoy beach life from the comfort of a sun lounger then you shouldn't have any problems, as the beach is 6km (approx. 4 miles) long.
There are also many other fantastic facilities for many other sports such as squash, tennis, horse riding and golf. This 18-hole Par 72 course was Lanzarote's first golf course and lies at the foot of an old volcano set in a landscape of volcanic lava, cacti and over 3000 palm trees.
As one of the larger resort on the island, Puerto Del Carmen can offer some of the best shopping facilities on Lanzarote. From local crafts to the latest electronic gadgets or perfumes to the latest designer clothing, there is something for everyone.

Just arrived back after two weeks in a very nice centrally located apartment.Everything was as described by the owner Paul .We found the apartment very comfortable and had everthing we needed ,the washing machine was an added bonus,It was only a few minutes walk to the beach area where there are loads of bars and restaurants.The walk from Peurto Del Carmen to Peurto Calero is well worth the effort.If you are looking for a centrally located apartment this is ideal.

This was our second visit to this apartment and on both occasions, on arrival, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Arrangements made by Paul, the owner, were first class making the complex easy to find. The welcome pack provided was very handy and we tried to sample 'most' of the bars suggested. The apartment is well set out, very comfortable and clean with the washing machine being an added bonus. The bathroom is large and the kitchen/diner area is ideal, if you wish to cook. The apartment's balcony is completely private and receives the sun all day. The complex is situated in the middle of the old town and 'the strip', where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There are also numerous supermarkets nearby. The pool area is nice and relaxing and you can even use the sister complex across the road where there is a poolside bar. The facilities provided are excellent, could not fault a thing and would highly recommend. Will definitely be booking this place for a third visit.
