This apartment is situated in a nice and centrally located complex with pool.West end of Puerto del Carmen, ten minutes walk from fishing harbour and sandy resort beaches. Two minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, five minutes from Biosphere shopping Mall. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It consists of two twin bedroom, one of them is very nicely decorated for children with a bunk bed .A cot can be supplied at no extra cost . The living room includes satellite TV with International channels and Fire TV stick. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the usual facilities including oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board. There is also washing machine for guests to use. All linen is supplied ,

Outside sees a large terrace area, ideal for sunbathing, plus the property has a small balcony.

Thank you very much for your review! I would be lying if I didn't tell you that I was surprised to learn of your disappointment with the apartment, taking into account that upon arrival you sent me a WhatsApp thanking me for the welcome pack and how nice the apartment was. Regarding the balcony, it is actually small, as seen in the photo, specifically it is 5 m2 and you can hear traffic noise during the day since it faces Juan Carlos I Avenue. The apartment has a 28 m2 terrace with a table and 4 chairs. and 2 sunbeds as also seen in the photos and it overlooks Calle Los Sabandeños, which is a very quiet street. All appliances have been changed 7 months ago and the sofas about 1 year ago. Some photos even show the old and new gray sofas. On the dates of your stay we had haze (dust in the air) that dirty everything outside. This may be the reason why you found the sunbeds dirty. It's nothing serious, they can be cleaned... and if they are damaged they can be replaced but it is not fair to say that the apartment has to be completely renovated due to the condition of the 2 sunbeds. By the way, it doesn't mention how nice, quiet and well-kept the pool is. Is it perhaps that I could not grant you late check-out the reason for your unfair review?

Why can't I call Teresa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
