Finca Style Villa overlooking the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero, both of which have excellent Restaurants and bars. The 8 km sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are 5 minutes drive.
The terraces round the house comprise of BBQ with large dining table, overlooking the pool, and has security gates for children. The other terraces have armchairs ideal for relaxing and reading, as well as a football game.
With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote has an all year round steady climate with temperatures in the mid 20`s C all rounnd. The Atlantic Sea is very clean and very flat in this side of the island as the predominant winds are North East making the north part of the island about twenty minutes drive a heaven for waves, ie surfers, wind surfers and kite surfers.
During the winter months, the winds are rather light, ideal for Delta and Gliders just a few minutes from Macher.
Puerto del Carmen / Macher area
Macher is a five minutes drive to Playa Chica, which is the centre of water sports, such as Diving, Jet Skii, Water Skii and Paragliding. It is also same distance to Puerto Calero which has Diving, Submarine Safari, Catamaran Trips, Fishing trips, Marlin Fishing, and Yacht Crusing Charter.
The new 18 hole golf course just recently open is a 10 minute drive. The Timanfaya Park, with the Volcano and the Camel Train is 15 minutes drive, Horse riding school is a five minutes drive, so is the wine reagon, where one can sample the local wines.
The Old Town, famous for it's beauty and restaurants, is a five minute drive, one can also find beautiful restaurants and bars in Puerto Calero. Pto del Carmen promenade with it's long sandy beaches and restaurants and bars is a ten minute drive. Tennis Courts are a ten minute drive.

Dining area indoor, and fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Heaters, fans and vacumcleaner for use.

Further details outdoors: Pool is L-shaped with measurments of 9x5x5x4meters, has a debth from 0 to 1.60m ideal for children. It is solar and electrically heated,salt cleaned, with a marbel table and stools in the pool where you can sip a drink and stay cool, ideal for couples with children or without as well as large families with grandparents, as there are four terraces around the pool area two shaded and the other two ideal for getting a good tan. Terrace leading to the pool has security gates for children. A 40 foot sailing yacht with three cabins and two heads is available for cruising at a price of 300 euros for 4 hours or longer periods if required.
Supermarkets are 3 minutes drive, new 18 hole golf course is 4 minutes drive.
