About the home

Fabulous 1 bedroom bungalow with sunny private terrace. Perfect for daily sunbathing and a relaxing glass of wine in the evenings. Set in charming well maintained tropical gardens. This is one of the prettiest complexes in Puerto del Carmen, if not the prettiest. Great location set back from the biz, yet near all amenities.
Large heated swimming pool with separate children's pool. Comfortable padded sunbeds are provided free. Peaceful and relaxing pool area. Great suntrap.
The complex itself consists of 46 privately owned bungalows. It is a perfect haven for couples and families alike. (not suitable for 18-30 type holidays). We now have a FULL British & Irish T.V. service with BBC1,2,ITV,CH4,5,RTE1.CBeebies on a 32" Plasma Screen,Ideal for those long lets.Dont miss your soaps Etc.

The beach is two minutes walk away, as is a selection of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. A short taxi or bus ride will take you to the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Where you will find a vast array of all types of restaurants. The harbour area and the new large shopping centre are also located in this area.

Our bungalow has a large sunny terrace, surrounded by various tropical plants and palm trees. It has garden table and chairs, for outdoor dining on those warm balmy evenings. The bungalow has been refurbished to a very high standard. New kitchen with all appliances modern units and granite worktops, breakfast bar.

The open plan lounge is spacious and airy with a vaulted ceiling. Comfortable seating, sofa bed sleeps two.
Dining table for 4. 32" Plama t.v. with full British & Irish T.V. service BBC1,2,ITV,CH4,5,RTE1 Ideal for those long lets,no need to miss your soaps or big matches!!!! also dvd player with a selection of dvds. Large selection of books. We also provided a large fan.
The bedroom has 2 comfortable 3/4 size beds with huge mirrored wardrobes. bedside table and modern lighting. It is to the rear of the property and is very peaceful and quiet.
The large modern bright and spacious bathroom has a large walk-in power shower with beautiful marble flooring. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

There are various large hotels near our bungalow, who provide, sports facilities, internet etc.
You have the added knowledge of knowing that the bungalow is situated in a very quiet and secure area.
We feel that our bungalow and complex is family and elderly alike friendly as it is very flat and everything is easily accessible. The new golf couse is 5 minutes drive away.

Further details

We have an English management company looking after our property they are at hand should you need them. Linen and towels are provided at no extra charge, they are changed weekly. Bungalow is cleaned when you leave, if staying for 2 weeks there is a mini clean in-between. Check out time is 11am. Check in time 2pm. NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES ALLOWED. (prices may change at the owners discretion) THIS IS A QUALITY PROPERTY VERY REASONABLY PRICED. We find the bungalow to be very sought after, with guests returning time and time again.We provide all our guests with a detailed information sheet together with all the personal help and advice you will ever need.

Conditions

To book we require approx 1/4 of the total holiday costs, as a booking deposit. We also require a £50 key/security deposit, this is refundable after the bungalow has been inspected. We require the final balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before departure date.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated 70 miles off the coast of Africa.It is the most easterly of the Canary islands.It enjoys a sub-tropical mild dry climate all year round.It is a stunning island with a landscape that is out of this world..... literally!!! Lanzarote is famous for its stunning beaches,fabulous night life and of course The fire mountain with its volcanic landscapes crater etc.

The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area

Puerto del Carmen is a resort for all tastes whether you want to just laze around the pool all day and go for a quiet meal in the evening,or have lively night out at the many clubs and bars. The three main beaches are large and very clean.The puerto del carmen golf course will open this year.The nearest golf couse at the moment is at Costa Teguise (25 mins away).There is also a large multi-storey Shopping mall near the old town for your retail therapy.We send an information sheet with the keys recommending our personal favourite restaurants and bars.

Arricife Airport is literally 10minutes away by car or taxi to our bungalow.
Taxis are plentiful and excellent quality vehicles and we have never had to wait for one,costing approx 11 euro no need for more expensive transfers.
All major car hire firms are represented at the airport.

All major charter airlines fly to Arricife from many U.K. Airports also some low cost airlines such as Ryanair Jet2 etc.
