Rubi I is a first floor 2 bed apartment on a small complex of 4 and is perfectly located within easy reach of the old town and harbour, and just 5 minutes walk away from the main beachfront and avenida of shops, bars and restaurants. Large sunbathing terraces surround the pool and there are lovely views of the coast towards Fuerteventura.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is located off west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spain. Its georaphical poaition ensures that thereare more days of sunshine and less days of rain than the other Canarian islands. All year round high temperatures. In the summer, temperatures can be in the 90's, although there is always an off shore breeze. Temperature rarely fall below 75 in the summer ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars.

Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit. The are boasts some excellent seafood restaurants. Ideal to dine in ant time of the day. has grown over the The area has 6 kilometres of golden sandy beaches and the town has been saved from unsightly high-rise buildings that are common in many resorts. Due to the fantastic climate and clean waters all kind of sports are available year round: windsurfing, scuba diving, sport fishing. In addition to its beautiful coastline, a good selection of shopping centres and shops , restaurants, cocktail bars, casino and clubs. At night Puerto del Carmen is perfect for taking a stroll along the promenade taking in the sights and sounds. For the younger generation this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.

Very spacious villas. The pool was great and very well looked after. We liked the fact that the villas were alarmed and that all 11 of us could be together with the privacy of our own pool.
