This modern 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet location in Puerto Del Carmen on the border of the old town and the new town and only a few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach. It has a lovely panoramic sea view and a view to its neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
The apartment has two bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and the other with two with single beds all with fitted wardrobes, one pull down bed for a young child and a travel cot, one bathroom with a shower, the kitchen has a hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker also hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided, the living room has a three and a two seater comfortale leather suite, it leads to the balcony which is furnnished with a table and 6 chairs, it has satalite tv, dvd player with selection of dvds and a selection of books.
This beautfully maintained compex has a large communal swimming pool and childrens pool with plenty of sun loungers, it is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

"Lovely apartment, highly recommend.........."
My partner and I stayed at Apartment C5, Caleton Blanco in January 2014 for a 9 night stay.
Entry to the apartments is via a secure key coded gate and feels very secure and safe.
The apartment is in a great location right on the main beach with parking available on the road that runs behind the apartment complex and nearby roads.
The apartment itself is spacious and very well decorated and maintained with everything you could need for a short or much longer stay. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and storage for your belongings. The master bedroom has a king sized comfortable bed ( and I am fussy) with ample bedding and pillows. The windows/shutters look out onto the pool deck/grounds which are extremely well maintained, clean and with sunbeds and parasols. When we stayed there was rarely ever anyone else there so no scramble to find a sunbed to lounge on. It is peaceful and quiet with lovely views out to the beach and sea.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and is of a good size.
The lounge area has 2 comfortable leather sofas, tv with some English channels and music channels. The kitchen area is an extension of the lounge area with a lovely breakfast bar and stools.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday rental. Double electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Off to one side of the kitchen area is a utility room with a washing machine, fridge and freezer and where Jane the owner stores all of the cushions for the balcony furniture and sunloungers. There's also cleaning equipment, clothes airer, hoover to keep the place spic and span whilst staying there.
There is a lovely balcony overlooking the pool deck/grounds with a table and chairs and this gets the sun all day so is a lovely place to sit and catch the sun or have an evening drink.
There's a decent sized bathroom with a double sink unit, wc and a small shower cubicle. All towels, including beach/pool towels were provided by the owner.
To get down to the main beach road you can walk through the apartment complex which gradually wends it's way down to street level . The only issue here is you have any mobility problems you may struggle with all the stairs. I do have mobility problems but I managed it as it's a gradual descent rather than all the stairs at once or the very steep hill off to the side of the complex.
As I have said the apartment and the grounds are both very well maintained and clean.
If I was to find fault, which I am reluctant to do, there's no wifi/internet access but many of the local bars/restaurants have free wifi so I relied on this for my technology needs !!
The initial booking process was easy via Tripadvisor and once I had booked it if I had any questions Jane the owner responded to these very quickly and was friendly and helpful.
In summary I would highly recommend this apartment which is in a great location, well decorated, clean and the apartment and grounds are well maintained, safe, secure, quiet and peaceful.
We will definately be returning as soon as we can.

"Beautiful secure clean apartment in a central location."
Having stayed in the apartment I found it an extremely pleasant experience. The main characteristics I was looking for was a clean apartment which was secure and located centrally for quick access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment met all this criteria along with the fact it was perfect for children due to having a kids pool along with the main adult pool which are cleaned on a regular basis.
Inside, the apartment itself was very clean with a lovely balcony which had a nice view to the sea.It had everything needed for cooking , a tv and dvds if you wanted to stay in.The complex in which it is located is extremely quiet and very secure and has a small shop directly across the road which is very convenient.
I would highly recommend the apartment for both families and for couples and would definitely return should I visit Lanzarote in the future.

"Spacious apartment close to all amenities"
We stayed in this apartment in early September this year
We found the location to be central and convenient to all the amenities of the resort
yet quiet and relaxing and also felt very secure in the gated complex
I found the apartment to be high quality, spacious,very clean and with modern furniture
The pool is fantastic, private, clean and well maintained
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again next time we are in Lanzarote
