Near the old Town fishing harbour, approx.15 minutes walk to popular Fariones beach, close to all amenities, nightlife and restaurants.

The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full en suite bathroom and a further bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard with quality furniture, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The villa has a large tiled sun terrace area with private heated pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and barbecue. One fold up bed for child use only.
Cot and high chair can be provided at an extra cost.

The Lanzarote region
Puerto Del Carmen is the main tourist resort on the island hosting a variety of shops and restaurants. The old town fishing harbour comes alive at night with the locals playing bowls and the restaurants buzzing. Only a short stroll from the villa is the Biosfera Plaza which is a newly constructed shopping plaza, which houses many international brands e.g Zara, Mango etc and has entertainment facilities e.g Crazy Golf, Trampolines, internet access & arcades.
The weather is warm all year round, but can be windy and have the occasional heavy downpours during the winter months.
You can enjoy days out to many places of interest and one not to miss is fire Mountain in Timanfaya National Park. Another place not to miss is Puerto Calero, be sure to save your bread rolls to feed the shoals of fish down at the port. There are always luxurious yachts moored in the harbour for you to look at and plenty of restaurants for you to enjoy.
Lanzarote has many lovely beaches Playa Blanca, Los Pocillos, Papagayo beach and Famara beach is excellent for surfing.
In the month of May the Island plays host to the Ironman competition which is excellent to see.
The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area
Local attractions:-
Puerto Calero -A new port with excellent restaurants and yachts you can only dream about owning.
Fire Mountain of Timanfaya National Park - a must to visit.
Teguise Market - every Sunday morning, finishes about 14.00hrs.
Arrecife - for shopping.
Old Fishing Port, Puerto Del Carmen - excellent place to visit in the evening for a meal, very good fish restaurants.
Waterpark - Costa Tegusie.

The main airlines that operate to Arrecife are Thomsons, First Choice, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair. Flights from London to Arrecife normally take 4hours.
Arrecife Airport is only a 15 minute drive from the villa.
There are plenty of taxis outside the airport (Approx 12 euros to villa) or you can hire a car at the airport or book a car online and pick up from the airport. We normally book online with Auto Reisen where no deposit is required.
