Casa Maja was designed as a dream home with many features that make it more than the run of the mill rental holiday villa. From the pretty canarian courtyard, the three tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms spacious and comfortable living room, the large and well-appointed kitchen and dining room to the electrically heated pool and secluded pool area you will see that Casa Maja has been built for relaxed enjoyment of the superb climate of Lanzarote. The upstairs king-size double bedroom has a sea view terrace and more than enough room for the sun-loungers and table and chairs provided if you want or need that extra privacy.

The Lanzarote region

Casa Maja is situated in Tias, 5 kilometres inland from Lanzarotes main tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen, and a car is recommended in order to get the most from your holiday on this truly fascinating island. The roads here are excellent and driving conditions good everywhere. With a map to guide you, the seven unique attractions on the island are all only a short drive away; do not miss the dramatic Fire Mountains in the south or the volcanic caves and tunnels in the North. The capital, Arrecife, is the main business and shopping centre of the island and a drink in the bar on the seventeenth floor of the Grand Hotel affords fantastic views and is a must. There are an abundance of superb clean beaches all around the island as well as the main Matagorda and Puerto Del Carmen beaches that are on your doorstep; Lanzarote is an island well worth getting to know.

Puerto del Carmen / Tias area

Tias, the discerning holiday makers destination of choice, close enough to the bright lights of Puerto del Carmen for those hectic nights out and far enough away to ensure the relaxing holiday you want and need. Central to the island all attractions are within easy diving distance. Tias itself is mainly residential but with a big enough town centre to ensure a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops and banks, all used to dealing with an ex pat and blossoming tourist clientele. Local shops are in abundance and there is a large modern supermarket, parking is plentiful and free! Tias, a perfect place to both relax and discover the island.

Casamaja is just a simple ten minute drive (approximately €10 taxi fare) from Arrecife airport and whilst so close there is no aircraft noise whatsoever!

We can arrange car hire from the airport, prices start at approximately £100 per week.

Beautifully designed luxury villa in a very tranquil area of Tias but less than a 10-minute drive from the beaches and resort area of Puerto del Carmen, the best of both worlds. All bedrooms in the villa are en-suite providing that extra bit of luxury while the spacious living room is comfortably furnished to a high standard. There is also a well-equipped designer kitchen and dining room.

All the necessary poolside furniture, sun beds, tables and chairs, parasols and large barbecue are supplied along with padded cushions where appropriate. The attractive pool (electrically heated all year round to maintain a constant minimum temperature) and sunbathing area is secluded and perfect for al fresco entertaining.

Casa Maja sleeps 6 persons plus a baby in a cot, cot and high chair provided.

The one upstairs bedroom is unsuitable for small children and infirm.
