Villa Don Rafael is a wonderful villa with sea views and private pool with barbecue. This luxury villa is emphasised by its brightness, elegance and large area, about 110 m2, in a surface of 400 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom in-suite, and 2 bedrooms with twin beds and independent bathroom. If you want you can ask about our playstation 2 and additional TV for your children.

The living-room has a satellite TV, Wi-Fi, alarm and a DVD player, its American Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, hob with extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle. For your security the villa has an alarm and its own safe.T he villa has its own pool, gardens, barbecue, terrace and solarium.

You and your family will be able to enjoy a lovely holiday here, with everything you could possibly desire!

The Lanzarote region

In our Villa you can enjoy the most unusual of the Canary Islands. The island environment is so unique that UNESCO declared it an official biosphere reserve.

Situated approximately 60 miles off the West of Africa, the temperature does not vary much from 20ºC in January to 31ºC in August. Making it an ideal holiday destination , all year round!

In the "Isla de los Volcanes" are plenty of places to see if you are interested in exploring the island. The Timanfaya National Park , village of Haría , the cactus garden (Jardín de cactus) , Jameos del Agua and the famous house of César Manrique which blends and harmonises art and architecture with the volcanic landscape of Lanzarote.

Puerto del Carmen area

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist resort on the island. Over 7 km of golden sandy beaches with clean waters where are available all kind of sport year round.

The main street (only 250 metres off the Villas Don Rafael ), Avenida de las Playas, with the wonderful beach Playa Grande, offers a wide variety of bars, restaurant and a "Duty Free Shopping". This is a lively night life for the energetic as well as a range of attractions for all ages.A new golf course is being constructed in Lanzarote only 0.8 km away.

Also, you can find the opened sky shopping centre "Biosfera Plaza" to only 200 metres.

Ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evening for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.

How to get there

We are to only 5 Km of the airport, you can take a bus, a taxi (over 18 € ) or rent a car.
Leave the airport for the LZ-2, then take the LZ-40 to Puerto del Carmen, you can see a big sign "Puerto del Carmen". Take the third exit to Puerto del Carmen, now you are in LZ- 505, you'll see a stop sign, after that a arbor, straight forward, you are in "Avenida Juan Carlos I ". Turn the second left, this will be Calle Togio, and the second left again into our street Calle Barqueta. You will see the reception in the next corner in your right hand.
