The main street, Avenida de las Playas offers a wide variety of ‘Duty Free Shopping’ as well as many bars and fine restaurants. There is a lively nightlife for the energetic as well as a range of attractions for all ages.
The resort has a beautiful wide sandy beach stretching for 5km, which is ideal for families. The old town and the harbour with its seafood restaurants are well worth a visit.
Puerto del Carmen is situated approximately 12km south west of Arrecife Airport and can easy be reached by taxi or car in 20 minutes.

Further details indoors: The elegant and well designed villa has a grand entrance hallway with a sweeping stair case to the first floor. All the accommodation is on one level from here and comprises of a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom. There is a spacious ‘L’ shaped lounge, with bar and a separate TV area. The dining room has a sold marble topped table with seating for eight people. Both rooms have double doors to a breakfast terrace, which has sea views. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system. The modern separate kitchen labour saving appliances. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. It is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Maid service will be provided once a week.
Further details outdoors: The villa occupies a large plot and boasts of the largest private pools in Lanzarote being a massive 17m long and 6m wide, which will be heated during the winter months. From each end of the pool there is a walk in gradient slope starting at 50cm and rising in the centre to 1.8m to form the deepest part of the pool. The exterior walkways and sun terraces are covered with a non-slip surface for improved safety. To one end of the terrace, there is a brick built covered BBQ with comfortable patio furniture to experience ‘alfresco’ dining. In an additional covered area there is a luxurious therapeutic hot spa Jacuzzi with adjustable jets for all to enjoy! Ornamental gardens to the front and rear add to the tranquil relaxing environment. Comfortable sun beds, with cushions and a parasol are provided. The villa benefits from limited sea views and has off-road parking for two cars.

Guestbook for Villa La Fuente
Just a quick note to mention how impressed we were with Villa la Fuente in Lanzarote. The service I received whilst booking the villa was first class and after being “stung” in the past by companies offering substandard accommodation I was curious as to whether the property would be as nice as it looks in the photos. We were all delighted when we arrived and can honestly say that the villa is as nice; if not nicer than it appears in the photos. The villa is huge and the facilities fantastic - 20 minutes in the Jacuzzi in the morning eased away any lingering discomfort caused from the previous nights drinks. The villa was within easy walking distance from all the bars and restaurants and provided a perfect base for a great holiday. Thank you
