This is a unique and opulent villa. A large wooden door gives access to a grand entrance hallway with a reception bar and toilet off. From the hallway there are three steps up to the main living area. To one side is a sumptuous sunken TV lounge with an enclosed fireplace, a magnificent indoor garden and water feature. To the other side there is a home office desk with ADSL / Internet connection and an open area leading to a second elegant and well furnished lounge having leather sofas and chairs to seat eight people. From here, patio doors give access to three adjoining patio areas and covered ‘Alfresco’ dining terrace. The open plan kitchen – dining room is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a water cooler / dispenser. All the accommodation is on one level from here and comprises of a master bedroom with king-size bed, dressing area and full sized Jacuzzi bathroom en-suite, a second superb double bedroom with four-poster bed, two spacious twin bedrooms and two separate shower rooms. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system. The villa is very comfortable indeed, being furnished in a classic style to a very high standard and equipped throughout for modern living. It is the ideal location to experience a quiet and relaxing holiday in the most wonderful surroundings. Maid service will be provided once a week. We do request clients replace the drinks used in the bar or leave money behind to cover their replacements.

The main street, Avenida de las Playas offers a wide variety of ‘Duty Free Shopping’ as well as many bars and fine restaurants. There is a lively nightlife for the energetic as well as a range of attractions for all ages.
The resort has a beautiful wide sandy beach stretching for 5km, which is ideal for families. The old town and the harbour with its seafood restaurants are well worth a visit.
Puerto del Carmen is situated approximately 12km south west of Arrecife Airport and can easy be reached by taxi or car in 20 minutes.
