Our 2 bedroom detached villa is set within it's own grounds in the popular area of Los Pocillios and is close to the fabulous Los Pocillios beach. An ideal holiday for couples and families young and old.
The detached villa is a well furnished modern property that is finished to a very high standard.
It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. It has a private heated pool, gardens and wonderful sea views.

The Sky system gives CNN, Sky News and TCM but we believe that you can use it to gain more channels (BBC channels are not available in Lanzarote).

A maid service is provided weekly and provides clean linen and towels and a brief clean of the villa.

We also have a friendly management team who are there to care for your every need.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it a sub tropical location.
The island boasts an all year round warm and sunny climate with dramatic settings and breath taking views.
Lanzarote is an attractive island that was once a small fishing village. It enjoys more hours of sunshine and less rain than any of the other islands.
We recommend you do some site seeing of your own to truly show what the island has to offer.
The Puerto del Carmen / Los Pocillios area
Puerto del Carmen is situated on the sheltered South East Coast and is the island's most popular resort. Its fantastic coastline stretches to 6 km and inclueds some of the best beaches on Lanzarote, where you can participate in watersports including scuba diving, surfing and deep sea fishing.
Vista del Mar is a short 10 minutes walk to the numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
There is almost definitely something to suit everyone. You could visit fire mountain (Timanfaya) at the National Park or visit one of the amazing white sandy beach.
This resort is a must for everyone.

Our third stay at this property & this time was as good as the others. The villa is situated in a quiet street with easy access to the magnificent beach at Pocillos. The area is "flat" compared to the rest of Lanzarote so walking is easy even for someone like me who has a slight infirmity. The inside of the villa is clean & comfortable with a good range of equipment to suit most needs. The outside area consists of gardens surrounding a beautiful private pool - ideal for a cooling dip! All in all an ideal place for a base to travel the rest of the island. Response: Thank you for your review and it's positive remarks, glad you still enjoy returning to the villa. |

This was our first time ever venturing into the world of private villas! Positives: First, let me say, that this Villa could be lovely and is in a fantastic position. It has a nice pool, though because we felt we could not trust it (due to state of property inside) we did not use the pool. Privacy is guaranteed. Good power in the showers (shower in bath), plenty of hot water. Well enough appointed in terms of delf and cutlery. Negatives Property is tired, bordering on exhausted. Property needs repainting inside. Property needs deep cleaning - ingrained dirt to be found in lots of places. Fridge had not been turned on for us, freezer had excess water in it as a result, with plenty of food debris swimming around in it. Mould growing on the Visitor Book and Information Folder. Curtain in living room dirty and torn. Dirty windows. Tables and table mats needed a good wiping down - sticky to the touch. Didn't put our clothes in the wardrobes as serious damp issues experienced. Plenty of dust behind beds, bedroom furniture so property not cleaned as it should and this showed throughout. Though I expect clean enough, the bed linen was, nonetheless stained with holes in places. The one 'clean' /maid service that was done on the property the cleaner failed to empty the rubbish bins in the bathrooms! Outside furniture dirty, sun beds old, smelly and in need of replacing. All in all very disappointing experience. Bland, unclean, damp, tired looking property. I raised the concerns with the owner upon my return but she seemed in denial and seemed only interested in siding with the 'Agents' who were supposed to be looking after the property, rather than expressing concern that we had such an unpleasant experience. In my humble opinion, this would be a property to be avoided. Response: Our management team are available 24/7. The guests raised no issues during their weeks holiday. Several weeks after their return they raised issues. A 'proposition' was suggested to which we declined. Our management team on the Island work to very high standards which is evident in the number of repeat bookings year on year. |
