About the home

One of the best and most sort after developments in the picturesque town of Puerto del Carmen.

This luxury villa is furnished to an exceptional standard and has every modern labour saving device to ensure your stay is both comfortable and relaxing. It has Air conditioning/heating, free WiFi broadband internet access, Satelite t.v., DVD, Dishwasher, Automatic washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms. For music lovers there is a HiFi music system with iPod/iPhone/iPad docking.

Both the lounge and main bedroom have patio doors opening onto the high level sun terrace that overlooks the large 7.5 metre private heated pool with very large pool terrace. The pool terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, parasol and a selection of fun items for use in the pool. There is a gate between the sun and pool terraces that can be shut for security if young children are present.

There are two bedrooms, one double with en suite walk in shower, toilet, bidet etc. One twin bedded room. Separate family bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Both bedrooms have very large built in wardrobes.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands situated approximately 60 miles off the west African coast.

The landscape is unique within the Canaries with it's rocky volcanic history there for all to see.

The Canaray islands benefit from all year round sunshine which make them popular for those wishing to escape the British winter.

The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area

Whilst Lanazarote has escaped the wild excesses of places such as Ibiza, Puerto del Carmen offers both a lively beach area for the more energetic holiday maker with bars and restaurants that will appeal to all tastes as well as the quieter old town harbour area offering small intimate dining establishments and bars for those that want a more laid back evening.

You should not miss the opportunity to visit the Montanas del Fuego where you can still experience the heat that lies just beneath the ground in this truly wondeful volcanic area.

The influence of Lanzarote's most famous artist Cesar Manrique is all around you in the many attractions that he encouraged in his lifetime.

Lanzarote has many beautiful beaches ranging from large sandy ones for the sun worshipper to rugged rocky ones for the surfer. For families with children there is the water park in nearby Costa Tequise to keep them happy.

There are two excellent eighteen hole golf course within easy driving distance of the villa, one only 5 minutes away. Bryan McEwan, who manages the villa for us locally, is always looking for new golf partners!

For those who enjoy motor sport there is a superb quality Go-Kart track within 15 minutes drive. It has all the very latest electronic timing equipment to make for a very competitive and fun time. On certain days of the year it hosts professional competitions.

Taxis are available from the airport and the journey takes less than 15 minutes or a 6 seater minibus can be pre-booked for both arrival and departure journeys for around 50 Euros.

Alternatively you can hire a small car for around 150 Euro per week. All the major car rental companies are inside the arrivals hall at Areciffe airport. It is not usually necessary to pre-book but if you wish to do so just type "car rental lanzarote" into your favourite search engine.

“Excellent Accommodation - well equipped and very comfortable: Recommended” It was very smooth booking the accommodation and arrival details were excellent. The communication with the owner was brilliant. The description of the villa was good and exceeded our expectations. There were only 2 of us staying but there is more than enough space for 4 people. You don't need a car once you are at the villa. All the equipment supplied was in good working order such as oven, dishwasher and washing machine etc. The pool was lovely and cleaned several times a week. There are basic supermarkets a few minutes' walk away and the bigger ones are about 5-6 minutes' walk plus several bars. We could walk to Puerto del Carmen in about 10 minutes where there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. We thought it was in a good location as it is only approx. 10 mins from the airport. Only several minutes' walk to the amenities and in a quiet and peaceful location. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and plan to return next year. Highly recommended.

“OUTSTANDING HOURSEKEEPING” Possibly the cleanest villa I have rented for a holiday. Spotless. The staff were helpful and friendly. Pool cleaned three times in the week I stayed. Towels changed midweek. Problems with the broadband were sorted, and the guy came round twice to check it was working (and let's face it, you don't go on holiday to sit on the internet all day anyway - but it was good to have access to it when we needed it). I will be staying here again. Cannot fault it.

“DELIGHTFUL” Returned last night from spending one of the best holidays we have had, The villa was better than we expected, all furnishings and crockery were first class, and had everything we needed, l even cooked a full Christmas dinner on Christmas day, shops sold all that we needed and only a ten minute walk away (big supermarkets) there is a small one just across the road. Lots of Shops, bars and restaurants about 15 minutes walk away, Weather was wonderful and we have come home with super suntans. The villa does have Wifi but we only managed to get a connection once and was a bit restricted with the choice of TV channels but I packed a few Dvds and CDs so we managed ok. Wonderful views of the sea. Would we stay here again....most definitely.

“Fantastic views & VIP Complex” Siempre looked too good to be true on the web site, it wasn't it was better than we expected! The bungalow is lovely & has everything you need, the pool is fantastic, the staff at the complex are great & nothing is too much trouble for them. We opened the curtains of a morning & lay in bed looking out at the Atlantic Ocean & views of Fuerteventura. It took around 10 minutes downhill to the sea front & the walk back was easy, we stayed for a week & only used a taxi once after visiting the Old Town. This was our first visit to Lanzarote & we agreed Puerto Del Carmen is the nicest resort we have stayed in. We loved Siempre so much we checked the web site to book for the following summer but it was fully booked. John the owner was very helpful during the booking process & the Management on site take care of everything. Its spotless & having your own pool in such a peaceful location was great! We will definately be back!!

“Quiet and romantic getaway in the heart of Puerto del Carmen” My husband and I stayed at Villa Siempre for 3 nights and found the accommodation ideal for a romantic and relaxing mid-autumn getaway. The villa had everything we needed including comfortable couches to laze on, outdoor furniture on the decking where we ate breakfast, an inflatable floatie to use in the pool and spacious rooms. There was always parking available just outside the property and everything is within short driving/walking distance including the beach, restaurants, tennis courts and supermarket for supplies. We had initial problems opening the door with the key, but the caretaker came to our aid within 10 minutes of contacting them - on a Saturday too! Correspondence with the owner in arranging the booking was very efficient, with all questions answered promptly. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking it if I return to Lanzarote.

“A perfect place to holiday with the family” Villa Simpre is a lovely villa that contains everything you need for a relaxing break in the sunshine. The villa is perfectly placed within the resort to be within walking distance of all the amenities but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife. The owners have provided lots of extras to make your stay even better and the management team at resort work brilliantly without interupting your privacy. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return very soon.

“Perfect place to stay” We stated here for a week in October and couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I had looked at loads of villa's but for some reason i liked this one and we weren't disappointed. The villa was lovely and the perfect size for us with loads of room and the pool and area around with the views where stunning. I was a nice walk into town and a short taxi ride home. We had one day of rain and my daughter was bored so we settled in to watch some DVD's and the dvd player was broken. We rang the number supplied and had a new one within the hour. The people who look after the villa are lovely and the area it is in is so peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely recommend the villa for a nice relaxing family holiday. Thank you John.

“Fabulous Holiday” Just want to say a big thank you for the villa being so good, we all had a fabulous time at the villa, it was spacious had a good size area about the pool and the sun terrace was a good size as well. The pool was a good size for out group and was regularly cleaned during our stay. It was very clean and tidy and was well set out throughout the villa, good size rooms and was in a great location was quiet and not too far a walk from the front or puerto del carmen. I am not sure if there is the provision for a welcome basket which would be nice apart from that it was perfect. Will definately use it again and would recommend it highly.

“Fantastic Holiday in at the Siempre” This was our first family holiday abroad and the villa was the perfect accomadation for us. As soon as we arrived the place had a real homely feeling to it. It was very clean, well presented and maintained to a high standard.The pool was a massive success with our little boy who learned to swim while we were there. The staff that did come in were lovely and it didnt feel as though they were invading your personal space. I would highly recommend your villa to all my friends and family. Thanks Again we all had a fanatstic time. Also thank you for recommending caneltravel, they also provided an excellant service

“Perfect villa, perfect location - perfect holiday” We had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful villa, the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The owners have thought of everything, we wanted for nothing during our stay The views of the sea are really lovely, we spent many an hour watching the sailing boats and jet skis from the terrace Everything is close by - plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants with lots of choice to suit all tastes Wonderful holiday, would recommend it to anyone Response: We take a lot of care to ensure a stay in our villa is as enjoyable as we can make it. It is so nice to know we are getting it right.
