Home description
One of the newest and most sort after developments in the picturesque town of Puerto del Carmen.
This luxury villa is furnished to an exceptional standard and has every modern labour saving device to ensure your stay is both comfortable and relaxing. It has satelite t.v., DVD, Dishwasher, Automatic washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms and floor standing fan in the lounge.
Both the lounge and main bedroom have patio doors opening onto the high level sun terrace that overlooks the large 7.5 metre private heated pool with very large pool terrace. The pool terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, parasol and a selection of fun items for use in the pool. There is a gate between the sun and pool terraces that can be shut for security if young children are present.
There are two bedrooms, one double with en suite walk in shower, toilet, bidet etc. One twin bedded room. Separate family bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Both bedrooms have very large built in wardrobes.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands situated approxiamately 60 miles off the west African coast.
The landscape is unique within the Canaries with it's rocky volcanic history there for all to see.
The Canaray islands benefit from all year round sunshine which make them popular for those wishing to escape the British winter.
Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area
Whilst Lanazarote has escaped the wild excesses of places such as Ibiza, Puerto del Carmen offers both a lively beach area for the more energetic holiday maker with bars and restaurants that will appeal to all tastes as well as the quieter old town harbour area offering small intimate dining establishments and bars for those that want a more laid back evening.
You should not miss the opportunity to visit the Montanas del Fuego where you can still experience the heat that lies just beneath the ground in this truly wondeful volcanic area.
The influence of Lanzarote's most famous artist Cesar Manrique is all around you in the many attractions that he encouraged in his lifetime.
Lanzarote has many beautiful beaches ranging from large sandy ones for the sun worshipper to rugged rocky ones for the surfer. For families with children there is the water park in nearby Costa Tequise to keep them happy.
There are two excellent eighteen hole golf course within easy driving distance of the villa, one only 5 minutes away. Bryan McEwan, who manages the villa for us locally, is always looking for new golf partners!
For those who enjoy motor sport there is a superb quality Go-Kart track within 15 minutes drive. It has all the very latest electronic timing equipment to make for a very competitive and fun time. On certain days of the year it hosts professional competitions.

Taxis are available from the airport and the journey takes less than 15 minutes. Alternatively you can hire a small car for around 150 Euro per week. All the major car rental companies are inside the arrivals hall at Areciffe airport. It is not usually necessary to pre-book but if you wish to do so just type "car rental lanzarote" into your favourite search engine.

We can arrange for the rental of cots and high chairs from our management company for approximately 30 Euros per week. Payment is made directly to them when you are there.

From myself and my family, could I convey a huge thank you for letting us use your villa for our 2 week holiday. It turned out to be the most relaxing and enjoyable one we have had for a very long time.
After a long delay at the airport, we arrived at the property and were delighted at the level of comfort and amenities that we were greeted by. The pool area and balcony overlooking it and the views were absolutely stunning much nicer that we could have dreamed of and if I was to tell the truth, nicer than the pictures in the brochure.
The inside of the villa was decorated to a very high standard and had the typical canarian theme running through it, and as my wife said "exactly as she would if it was her villa"
The kids loved being in the pool and we hardly spent anytime at the beach as they preferred to be there, and a big bonus was that Connor, my son, learnt how to swim.
Can I thank you again for letting us rent the villa and we will definitely return as now we have been spoilt, nothing else would compare.
Ps Could you also pass on a big thank you to your management company, especially Mary who looked after us whilst we were there and all the help on the last day to sort out somewhere for us to stop before the late flight home.
Returned from sunny Lanzarote last Thursday and thought I’d drop you a line to let you know how things went. One word…….BRILLIANT We stayed in Siempre (2nd – 16th August) – absolutely wonderful. It was exactly how it appeared on your web site – beautifully equipped, fantastic pool, plenty of room for 4 adults. The pool was cleaned every other day, fresh towels were brought to us and bed linen changed. Everyone was so friendly – and we even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge………Debbie Kenrick
