Home description

The apartments have twin beds and a walk in shower, a kichen area with fridge and microwave oven and all necessary cooking equipment. There is also a satalite television and balcony furniture to enjoy the sun and sit and enjoy a meal and a glass of cava while taking in the fantastic views.
The apartments are located close to the new marina which can be seen from the apartment balconies and within a short walk of the Old Town with its bars and numerous restaurants. Water sports are available from a beach 5mins walk away including Diving ,Parasailing and Jet skis etc.

The Lanzarote region

The Old Town has a harbour and plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy your days and nights. There is also a large shopping complex nearby and the main beach and strip is a 3 min Taxi drive away.

Puerto del Carmen area

Vist the volcanic park of Timanfaya which is hot enough to burn brush wood and roast meat. The catus garden is also a must place to visit in the north of the island as well as the underground lakes.

The airport is about 15mins away by taxi and there are numerous sites to see on the island such as the volcanic park Timanfaya, catus gardens and underground lakes.

Conditions

Bookings will be accepted on reciept of a deposit of 20% plus Flight details. No children are allowed under 15 years. NB The availabilty calendar shows when both apartments are booked at the same time.
