421 Loma Verde (apartment)

Home description

The apartments are on the ground floor of two floors. The views of the sea and monutains are breathtaking. They have a large enclosed terrace with lockable gate and barbque area. New patio seating for 6. The terraces lead on onto the pool area.

The lounge/diners are spacious and contemporaryand have all new furniture and plasma Sky TV and DVD. There is also a CD player. There is a spacious king size bedroom, twin bedroom/single, bathroom with shower over bath.

The Kitchens have electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The dining area looks onto the pool.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people plus travel cot. (King size bed, two/one single bed's, 2 Folding beds, ) plus a cot for babies on request.

The complex is in an excellent location with sea and mountain views and is only a small walk to the harbour and bars and 10 minute walk to the main beach.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote has an all year climate and so is ideal for winter getaways. The Apartment is situated in a quiet exclusive part of the “Old Town” in the Los Majones area of Puerto Del Carmen, just 8 minutes walk down to the harbour, small beach, water sports and quay with an array of restaurants bars and shops. Just 15 minutes walk to the Grand Playa (big beach) and sea front bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. There are also a number of supermarkets within a 5 minute stroll of Loma Verde.

Puerto del Carmen / Los Mojones area

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
The markets in Teguise and Playa Blanca are also woth a visit as is Texas Ranco and the Water Park,
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Puerto Calero is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a beautiful marina flanked by restaurants and bars. Playa Blanca is worth a visit only 25 minutes by car with the beautiful buzzing marina and array of shops and bars. plus the famous Papagaya Beach..
Fire Mountain, Cactus Gardens and Water park are all within 25 mintues by car and well worth a visit. coach trips and buses also run to these areas.

How to get there

Flights to Arrecife from All UK airports. New for 2009 from Nov - Ryanair and Easyjet are flying from Liverpool to Arrecife!! Really cheap deals from £50 return.
Flights also into Furteventura - then ferry to Playa Blanca.

Loma Verde is a small complex of fully-refurbished self- contained holiday apartments set within well maintained gardens with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. There is a large swimming pool and baby pool, sun bathing terraces and showers. There is a children's play area. Private parking is also available.

Full property maintanence and management by JIG Maintanence Solutions. The apartment is cleaned & towels and Bedlinen are provided on arrival (two per person). Towels and bedding are changed at the end of the week for stays of more than one week. If more towels are required mid week - to be arranged with cleaner separately for a small fee.
Strictly No Smoking in the apartment but is permitted on the terrace.

Conditions

Deposit of £100 to be paid by cheque if booking more than 6 weeks prior to stay. If booking within 6 weeks of stay then full payment by cheque is required at time of booking.

Safe key is 20 euros. 10 will be refunded when key is returned.
