About the home

Located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, Villa Jazmin is a detached villa set in beautiful private grounds with swimming pool and sea views. The one storey villa is extremely spacious with a large split level dining room and lounge, master suite with en-suite bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms, en-suite shower room, bathroom and private courtyard. The villa has a newly fitted kitchen and outside there is a large covered area with bar leading onto the open terrace and swimming pool. Due to the open plan nature of the villa it is extremely light and spacious with traditional styling to complement the modern furniture and facilities.

In order to assist our guests with strict flight baggage allowances, we now provide each guest with a beach towel.

The property benefits from both a covered terrace and a private walled garden, that is not overlooked and is beautifully landscaped with palm trees. The large split level patio surrounds the swimming pool, while the covered area provides perfect shelter for dining and relaxing particularly for those with young children or who prefer the shade. Out door seating 6 sun beds, 3 tables, 8 chairs. In the veranda area there is a round table (extends), with 4 chairs.

The swimming pool is one depth of 1.85 metres. Please be aware of this if you have young children or children that cannot swim. The pool is lit at night. The pool is unheated.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is located off the west coast of Africa and is 1100 Km to the south west of the Spain. Its geographical position ensures that there are more days of sunshine and less days of rain than the other Canarian islands, with all year round high temperatures. In the summer temperatures can be up in the 90's, although there is always a cooling off shore breeze. Temperature rarely fall below 75 in the summer, making it ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars.

The Puerto del Carmen / Los Mojones area

Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village and the old harbour is still a charming place to visit. The area boasts some excellent seafood restaurants and it is ideal to dine in any time of the day. The area has over 6 kilometres of golden sandy beaches and the town has been saved from unsightly high-rise buildings that are common in many resorts.

Due to the fantastic climate and clean waters all kind of sports are available year round, from windsurfing to scuba diving and sport fishing. In addition to its beautiful coastline, a good selection of shopping centres and shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, casino and clubs are available. At night Puerto del Carmen is perfect for taking a stroll along the promenade, enjoying in the sights and sounds. For the younger generation this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.

Puerto Del Carmen is on the south coast of the island, approximately 10 KM from Arrecife airport. Car rental is advisable if you wish to see the island though not essential as the villa is walking distance from shops, local restaurants and the beach. We can arrange to have your hire car waiting at the airport should you wish. Alternatively, taxis are available from the airport for approx. €10 - €15.
