This beautiful very private villa is located in the exclusive Los Mojones area in Puerto del Carmen, and offers luxurious accommodation in a quiet and peaceful residential location within easy walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of the resort. The outside space is delightful with very mature gardens surrounding the large solar and electrically heated swimmimg pool. The very private southfacing terraces offer the chance for that undisturbed all-over tan! A covered outside dining area with stone barbecue allows for alfresco dining if you don´t want to sample the resort´s many and varied restaurants. The spacious interior is stylishly furnished and features high domed ceilings making it cool inside on even the warmest of days. The lounge has a rich leather suite with satellite TV and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. Sleeping accommodation consists of a master double en suite bedroom with patio doors to the terrace, and 3 twin bedrooms with a further bathroom. There is also a lovely dining room with feature stone wall. The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula, and is the most unusual of the Canarian Islands. This position ensures more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other Canarian islands, and year round high temperatures. In the summer, temperatures can be in the 90's, although cooling breezes make it much more pleasant and comfortable in comparison to the Mediterranean , whilst temperature rarely fall below 70 in the winter- ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
The island has almost 300 volcanoes and is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture. Building work on the island is very tightly controlled and there is no high rise, with white washed villas predominating.
The Puerto del Carmen / Los Mojones area
Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote´s main tourist resort, offers over 6 km. of golden sandy beaches from Playa Fariones to Playa Grande to Playa Matagorda. Due to the fantastic climate and clean waters all kind of sports are available year round: windsurfing, scuba diving, sport fishing. In addition to its beautiful coastline, a galore of shops and shopping centres, restaurants, bars and entertainment halls, offers all sorts of possibilities for good buys and leisure activities. At night Puerto del Carmen is the ideal place to go for a stroll along the promenade taking in the sights and sounds, carried on the balmy sea air. For the young and energetic this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.
