This Luxury apartment has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out sofa in living room to accommodate 4 people. The apartment has been totally refurbished in June 2012. Also the apartment has internet access.
The bright spacious living-room has flat screen TV/DVD player with cable TV, including RTE/UK channels. Large ceiling light with fan. The kitchen/breakfast area, with table and 4 chairs, has fridge with freezer compartment, double hob, electric kettle, microwave/grill, toaster, large ceiling fan, iron & ironing-board.
Spacious bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes with hangers and chest of drawers. There is easily operated safe in the wardrobe for peace of mind at no extra charge. Large ceiling fan for added comfort together with hairdryer and bedside lamps.
Bathroom has new shower and new wash-hand basin with vanity unit. It also boosts a washing machine.
Balcony, which is south facing, has chairs and table to enjoy the view while relaxing in the sun. There is also a clothes horse to dry any bits and pieces.
Both pools are solar heated, surrounded by cushioned sunbeds for your comfort. The area is illuminated by night and the pools recently fitted with safety screen.
Reception is serviced Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.00pm. A security key-pad is in operation outside these hours.
This ideal location is 5 minute walk to Biosfere Shopping Centre with designer shops, 5 minutes to harbour with lots of restaurants and bars. For total convenience a large Spar with a fresh meat counter and bakery is located directly across the road. Boat trips around the islands and numerous watersports, including diving schools, are close by, while an 18-hole Par 72 golf course is just a short drive away.

The interior has been totally refurbished throughout. The bedroom has 2 new beds, bedroom furniture, bed linen and ceiling fan. All furniture in the living area is also new with the sofa being totally recovered. All electrical fittings and fixtures which includes a large centre ceiling light fan are new as are all kitchen appliances/dishes/itensils.
The balcony is south facing to enjoy private views over the gardens and pool area.
The apartment is bright and spacious providing excellent living accommodation to those discerning visitors who wish to unwind and relax in luxurious surroundings.

Beautiful mature gardens with large kidney shaped heated swimming pool and raised circular heated childrens pool. Both have disability access plus are surrounded by safety screens. Refurbished reception area is served by receptionist Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.00pm. Secure keypad entrance door and night security cameras are in operation. Private parking for residents. Very strict on noise and unsociable behaviour.

The Canary Islands region

Puerto del Carmen
Puerto del Carmen is the longest established resort on the island. Nestled on the coast in the southern central part of the island, it is only a 10 minute drive from Arrecife Airport and is a convenient place from which to explore Lanzarote's tourist and cultural attractions.
Like many places in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen, was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boosting some excellent seafood restaurants. Although the resort has grown over the last 20 years - it now stretches along the whole 6 kilometres of golden sandy beaches - the town has been saved from the high-rise buildings that blight so many other destinations due to the strict planning restrictions.
Watersports and diving schools are in abundance along this 'Blue Flag' rated beach. While other facilities offer squash, tennis, horse-riding and golf. The 18-hole Par 72 course was Lanzarote's first golf course and lies at the foot of an old volcano set in a landscape of volcanic lava,cacti and palm trees.

"Nice Modern Apartment"
Nice clean, well fitted out apartment in a good situation for shops,restaurants and transport links. The owner Frances was a delight to deal with from first enquiry and on arrival ,when she was a mine of information on places to eat and things to do.. Would not hesitate to return or to recommend to friends and family.

"Great holiday, made even better by a wonderful apartment"
Having stayed in Lanzarote numerous times before, I was surprised by how clean and modern Francis' apartment is. Situated in a now privately owned complex, this apartment was everything we could have asked for and more. My first time renting from a private owner, and the difference is outstanding - no more 70s style wicker and peeling paintwork, no dirt to clean up when you arrive - just perfect. The complex has a great sized pool and is within easy reach of both the new and old towns in Puerto Del Carmen - both filled with all the bars, restaurants and shops you desire. Francis was incredibly helpful from the first enquiry to check-out, even on call after we realised we'd left something behind in the apartment.

"Excellent, great location, the apartment was clean and comfortable."
Just returned from a lovely week at Ocean Lanzamar, It was fantastic, the children loved it, great location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The complex itself is maintained well. The apartment is very well equipped. Met Frances who was very helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Frances arranged for pick up from airport and met lovely Pino.

"100% excellent apartment and location"
Excellent apartment and location , close to everything you want from a holiday . Excellent restaurants and bars , all shops closeby , walking distance to beach and beautiful harbour. Frances (the apartment owner) was very helpful and gave lots of tips on what to to and where to go to eat. Also she arranged the pick up and drop of at very reasonable prices...... Already i am booked for next year , i lloved it so much.

A great apartment - clean and fresh. Good location, easy walk to the beach and main strip. Modern shopping centre 200 yards away and supermarket across the road. We were met by Frances who was an excellent host and couldn't do enough for us. Apartment very well equiped with extra items not normally expected. Frances arranged travel to and from the airport - on time and reasonably priced. Would definately recommend this apartment for your stay in Lanzarote.

"Excellent apartment and location."
Just returned from a week at Ocean Lanzamar and it was very enjoyable. Frances the owner was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy. The complex itself is also well maintained. There was a large swimming pool which we had to ourselves most days. The apartment is within walking distance to a nice shopping centre and further on from there are some lovely restaurants. We took advantage of the airport pick up which all went smoothly much better than getting a taxi! Spar supermarket across the road with all the things you need. We had some very sunny days but it can get chilly in the evenings. I will definitely return to this apartment and have no hesitation in recommending.

"Fantastic, can't fault!!!"
We had a fantastic trip away in mid March. Everything stated previous is correct. Frances was so welcoming and the apartment is really well presented. Was in an ideal location for everything. Bars, restaurants and nightlife all walking distance with absolutely fantastic places to eat down by the Harbour in the old town. Pachi collected us at the airport and we were back at the apartment within 15 mins. Frances was there to greet us and had a chilled bottle of Cava in the fridge! UK channels on the tv were a bonus and beach towels were provided. There is a Spar supermarket conveniently located across the road from the apartment which came in very handy. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody seeking a relaxing getaway in the sunshine. We will be returning again! Thanks again Frances :)

Ideally located for both old town and beach.Safe and secure complex. Apartment clean and comfortable.Owner very friendly,helpful and nice to deal with. Would certainly recommend this property to all.

Had a great time staying in this apartment. From time of booking the apartment Frances was in touch by phone.A lift was provided from the airport and back again. frances checked in with me after a couple of days as I was with my elderly mother who has restricted mobility,frances was making sure everything was going well. She is a fantastic host and a pleasure to deal with.

Apartment is first class and very clean. Everything you need is there. Home from home .Sun on balcony from midday to evening.Frances the owner very helpful if you need anything. Will certainly be staying here again. Bob & Alison
