Small front-line complex of self-contained apartments set within well-maintained landscaped tropical gardens - attractive patios. Thanks to strict local regulations, all buildings are subject to height restrictions - only colours white, green and natural wood are allowed. The beach is just a few minutes walk away to seafront with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, children's trampoline and casino.

This is a small complex of 27 apartments- distributed in three blocks of two floors (ground floor and first floor) individual admission to each accommodation gives a better privacy..

The complex is located near to the beach , shopping centers, restaurants and bars nearby. At the same time it is very quiet at night as the entertainment area is located approx 500 meters from the complex.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20 km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries.
and enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August. Annual rainfall is just 140mm (5.5 inches). This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.

Like many places in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boasting some excellent seafood restaurants.

Although the resort has grown over the last twenty years — it now stretches along the whole 6 kilometres of golden sandy beaches — the town has been saved from the high-rise buildings that blight so many other destinations due to the strict planning restrictions.

You woiuld expect baking temperatures so close to one of the worlds hottest regions. But the welcome Trade Winds and the pervading presence of the sea and its pleasant zephyrs give the island an average August temperature in the shade of a very acceptable 76 deg.F.

With rain in the summer almost unknown and a total annual rainfall of a paltry 140mm (5.5 inches), little wonder then that the island of Lanzarote is now being hailed as the most fortunate of the Fortunate Islands, offering oceans more than just a winter tan.

The Puerto del Carmen / Avenida de las Playas area

The longest established - and probably best known - resort on the island. Puerto del Carmen has everything from beachside arcades to Casinos - mini golf, beautiful long beach, and some lovely little beach coves to while away your day.

Beautiful golden beaches along the Avenida de las Playa— washed by the waters of the Atlantic — should be enough to tempt you. All of the beaches fly the Blue Flag — awarded by the EEC — for cleanliness and lack of contamination. The surrounding waters are considered to be some of the most tranquil in the Canary Islands, they are excellent for Swimming and other water sports.

There are a number of diving schools and windsurfing centres in Puerto del Carmen, if you fancy taking up one of these exhilarating sports.

For the more energetic amongst you; swimming, cycling and running are also very popular, with various bike hire shops along the main beach promenade. The Lanzarote IronMan triathlon, which is a major international athletics event, starts and finishes on the Avenida de Las Playas, lending an air of excitement to the resort every May / June.

The new golf course, just outside of Puerto del Carmen on the road to Tias has been open for three years now.

Carnaval — which takes place at the end of February to the beginning of March — attracts many visitors from all over Europe, joining the local residents in their celebrations.

The end of July signals the Fiesta de Nuestra Señora del Carmen, patron saint of Puerto del Carmen. Visitors again make the population swell as folklore performances, singing and dancing fill the night until the early hours of the morning. Specially decorated fishing boats setting out to sea, to pray for good catches in the coming year, signals the end of this particular fiesta.
