“Basic, great location” If what you want is a room, with a bed for the night, this apartment is ideal. It was clean with a good supply of towels. Welcome pack of milk, water, juice etc a nice touch. Cooking facilities are limited, but if all you want to do is have a bit of breakfast, sit in the sun on the patio and eat your main meals out, which is what we did it is ideal. Very good location with excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely use it again. Does what it says on the tin!

“Basic and needs updating” Stayed here for two weeks over Christmas. On arrival we noticed there was a lot of stairs down to the apartment. Not easy to walk up and down with luggage. Not ideal for anyone with ailments... more

“brilliant” Stayed here for 2 weeks and although it is basic it was clean. What you see is what you get the views are outstanding. On arriving there was a welcoming bottle of wine tea coffee and sugar, which were very much appreciated. Also we requested an iron which was provided, plenty of clean fresh towels and bedding. Also the neighbours were great and helpful who give you a warm welcome on arrival, and even came out to say goodbye, lovely people.The only down side to this studio was there was no english television if it had it would have been perfect. On saying this we enjoyed it so much we will definately be returning in the near future. We would like to say a big thankyou to the owners for a fantastic holiday and we would highly recommend this studio. Many Thanks Ken and Julie

“Very quaint with stunning views over harbour” This is the first time we have booked a private rental apartment, we liked it so much better than a complex, when we arrived there was a large bottle of water, fruit juice, butter and milk in the fridge also bread, coffee, tea, jam and marmalade (great welcome pack) the bed was very comfortable. also we appreciated the dvd player and films, cd player. The neighbours were brilliant, it was a really homely atmosphere all way round. The view from the apartment was stunning looking over the harbour. As the apartment wasn't booked on the day of departure they let us stay until we were ready to leave which was early evening, usually would cost around 40 euro's in a complex. We had no complaints at all, Definitely recommend and very reasonable rates. Also safe included which would normally cost extra in a complex

“NO THANKS” I booked this apartment for 3 nights 7-10th September for our 1st wedding anniversary. On arrival i noticed that the pool was closed for maintenance,.I was initially disappointed,but the stunning... more Response: It is very disappointing to find out that the apartment was not 100%. There is a management company in place that would have been around immediately if a problem had of been reported. No problems... more

“very relaxing with a magnificent view” The studio is a great size for 2 adults and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The terrace is a sun trap and the views of the old harbour outstanding. There is a reasonably priced supermarket just along the road and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The biosphere shopping area is an easy walk. For those a little more energetic the walk to Puerto Collero is well worth the effort and it is easy to get a taxi back!

“A cute and comfortable little apartment in a peaceful area” On arrival, the apartment was clean, tidy and inviting. Our main criteria was a cheap holiday and that is what attracted us to this Apartment. We were worried about going for such budget accomodation but, although simple, this place catered for all our needs; a comfy and quiet nights' sleep and we were able to cut costs further by cooking up decent meals in the little kitchette. It was nice that we could enjoy the lively nightlife of Porta del Carmen and then walk home to the more tranquil area of the old Town for a pieceful sleep. Waking up in the morning and looking straight out at the sea through the big french doors whilst sitting in bed having tea was a pleasing way to start the days. Sitting on the balconie having a sangria watching the sun set over the marina was an equally pleasing end. Just to the right of the apartment you can climb a series of steps up to a lovely vantage point to watch the sun disappear over mountains in the distance. From this vantage point you can carry on along a stunning coastal path to Porta Calero - have the camera with you. Oh and the apartment has a safe, so no worries with the camera. I would especially recommend this apartment to lone travellers as it has a safe and cosy feel to it and the neigbours are friendly, especially the couple who clean and maintain the place. We had a great holiday
