Casa Maria is situated on a quiet residential complex in the 'old town' area of Puerto del Carmen. The well maintained Colina del Sol complex has a lovely swimming pool, a pool bar serving drinks and snacks and a tennis court. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short stroll to the picturesque harbour area which offers excellent restaurants, bars and a host of activities.
Casa Maria is beautifully furnished and well equipped with a large modern kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge, double bedroom, bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sliding doors from the lounge and also the kitchen lead out onto a large balcony with stunning views to the sea, neighbouring islands and the mountains beyond. The private balcony is an ideal spot for 'al fresco' dining and is well equipped with a built in bbq, patio table and chairs.
Weekly maid service is included. Bathroom towels and bed linen all supplied.

From here a short stroll brings you to the main resort strip of Avenida de las Playas. This is where to find the action if you're a party-animal! It has fabulous bars and restaurants and a buzzing nightlife that doesn't stop until the sun comes up.
