About the home

Casa Maria is situated on a quiet residential complex in the 'old town' area of Puerto del Carmen. The well maintained Colina del Sol complex has a lovely swimming pool, a pool bar serving drinks and snacks and a tennis court. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short stroll to the picturesque harbour area which offers excellent restaurants, bars and a host of activities.

Casa Maria is beautifully furnished and well equipped with a large modern kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge, double bedroom, bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sliding doors from the lounge and also the kitchen lead out onto a large balcony with stunning views to the sea, neighbouring islands and the mountains beyond. The private balcony is an ideal spot for 'al fresco' dining and is well equipped with a built in bbq, patio table and chairs. Also two sunloungers so you can top up your tan!

Weekly maid service is included. Bathroom towels and bed linen all supplied.

The 'old town' area of Puerto del Carmen is home to the picturesque harbour and is a lively, exciting place while retaining it's traditional charm. There are numerous colourful bars, excellent restaurants and many interesting shops. It also has a brand new shopping centre, Biosfera, where you can find many popular outlets like Zara, Timberland, Levi´s, Footlocker and others.

From here a short stroll brings you to the main resort strip of Avenida de las Playas. This is where to find the action if you're a party-animal! It has fabulous bars and restaurants and a buzzing nightlife that doesn't stop until the sun comes up.
