Home description
The villa is extremely spacious and has been built in traditional Spanish style with exposed beams and feature stonework, the owners have combined antique décor with stylish furniture for maximum effect. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas and occasional furniture, TV (with basic Sky TV stations), video and hi-fi unit. There is a feature lava stone wall with working open fireplace and the high beamed ceiling creates an air of spaciousness. The dining room is furnished with antique furniture. The separate country kitchen is fully equipped including, full cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a host of appliances for self catering and doors leading to a laundry room with washing machine and drying area.
In the main house there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.There is a family shower room serving these bedrooms. Two further bedrooms are available in the separate annex which is set in the gardens and only opened for parties of 7 or more. The bedrooms are very spacious one with a double bed and the other 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. Both share a full bathroom. Two z-beds can be made available for use in the main house or the annexe bringing the maximum occupancy to 14. These beds are more suited to children/teenagers.We can also provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost/Bedding is not supplied for the cot.
The grounds of the villa are extensive and private with several terraces and sitting areas surrounded by well established sub tropical garden. The main terrace is huge and has a large dining table and chairs shaded under a pergola. From here there are magnificent views of the sea and coastline. Steps lead down to a cave built in volcanic stone. A further terrace and pergola on the west side of the house has a garden view.
A pathway leads through the garden to the beautiful kidney shaped heated swimming pool and the annexe. Sunbathing terrace and garden surround the pool, which has the benefit of a slide for extra enjoyment. Sun loungers, terrace furniture and barbecue complete the outside facilities.
Las Palmeras is a substantial and well appointed property ideal for families and larger parties who want to be within close proximity to the main resort.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated just 70 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. Due to the recent eruptions during the 18th and 19th Centuries, many parts of Lanzarote appear to be from another world, so much so that parts of 'Planet of the Apes' were shot here. The dry climate means that the Volcanic Landscape appears much as it did just after the eruptions.

Pool heating is charged at £50 per week.
