A lovely 2 bedroom detached bungalow on a much sought after residential complex in Puerto Del Carmen. The complex is centrally located near to the main bars,restaurants and beaches of the main Strip yet far enough away to get a quiet feeling. The property comprises of two good sized bedrooms with a modern fitted bathroom consisting of a double sized shower.
The living area is very comfortable with 2 leather settees and leads into the main kitchen area which is open plan and has been recently installed with all modern units and appliances. The outside area has a large sun tearrace with an outside shower to cool yourself down and the complex benefits from its own private pool for residents only and well looked after gardens.

The bungalow consists of two twin bedrooms with two fitted wardrobes in each room, providing plenty of hanging and storage space and a safe for your valuables.The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC .
The brand new fully fitted kitchen includes a four ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a full range of utensils and crockery. A very modern living area English satellite tv , DVD player, stereo, iron and ironing board .
Two comfy leather settes , soft lighting etc

The terrace benefits from the sun all day , an ideal place to sunbathe in private . The pools and gardens of the complex are cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Sun loungers are provided on the terrace and around the pools for sunbathing.
The private complex has no reception or bar !
This complex is private and very quiet , ideal for those relaxing days and sleepful nights.

This is a no-smoking property, however, smoking is permitted outside on the terrace .
We can arrange for a welcome pack, consisting of basic items if you have late flights.
Our friend in Lanzarote manages our apartments and is available if any problems or emergencies occur (contact details will be supplied upon receiving the keys).
£150.00 deposit (per week) is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A one week holiday rental would cost £375.00 for 2 people.
A further £75.00 per person would be required per week if more than 2 people staying due to cleaning and laundry charges.
The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated just 80 miles from the West coast of Africa .
Lanzarote enjoys a warm, dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from 21'C in January to above 30'C in August. Annual rainfall is just 140mm (5.5 inches). This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.
Lanzarote has several beautiful beaches, in Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Papagayo.
For children and adults there is the Rancho Texas Park only 2 miles away, with wild animals, cowboy shows and authentic wild west cuisine & snacks, watersports & pedalos are available on the beach front.
The Puerto del Carmen area
Puerto Del Carmen is Lanzarote's original resort. The famous 'strip' runs for eight kilometres, with golden sandy beach on one side, and bars, shops and restaurants on the other. The resort is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts as well as offering a fabulous nightlife.
The Old Town area boasts some of the island's best restaurants, as well as The Biosfera shopping centre. Matagorda is a quieter part of the resort and is more family orientated. A new golf course is just outside the town and there is a casino situated on the sea front.

The apartment is only a 15 minute taxi ride away from Arrecife airport, generally costing 15Euros to and from the apartment.

Fantasic property home from home. Very clean and all you need for a great holiday. I have stayed at this property 4 times previously and will hopefully be going back in 2012. Very close to supermarkets, And bars restaurants and the sea front just a short stroll away. The pool area is nice and clean and most of the time you have the pool to yourself which is nice for relaxing and sunbathing. I wouldn,t stay anywhere else. |
