We are delighted to be able to offer this fabulous villa in a wonderful location in Puerto del Carmen. The Old Town and harbour with its good selection of fish restaurants, and small sandy cove are approximately 15 minutes stroll whilst the main resort with its long sandy beach and nightlife can also be easily reached. The area has a cliff top walkway with fantastic views out to sea and a small commercial centre with supermarket. All on one level and set in its own beautiful mature gardens, the villa is spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard. The large open and covered terraces surround the electrically heated pool and a 26 jet hot spring American Jacuzzi will help you enjoy the ultimate in relaxation. There is a BBQ for dining al fresco, patio furniture under covered pergolas and sun beds with cushions for soaking up the sun. The villa will sleep up to six and comprises a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and breakfast bar; utility room with washing machine, drying area, iron and ironing board; spacious lounge with feature apex ceiling, Sky satellite television, dining table and chairs, patio doors opening out to the terrace; master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom; 2 twin bedrooms; bathroom with full suite. The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies about 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula, and is the most unusual of the Canarian Islands. This position ensures more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other Canarian islands, and year round high temperatures. In the summer, temperatures can be in the 90's, although cooling breezes make it much more pleasant and comfortable in comparison to the Mediterranean , whilst temperature rarely fall below 70 in the winter- ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
The Puerto del Carmen area
Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote´s main tourist resort, offers over 6 km. of golden sandy beaches from Playa Fariones to Playa Grande to Playa Matagorda. Due to the fantastic climate and clean waters all kind of sports are available year round: windsurfing, scuba diving, sport fishing. In addition to its beautiful coastline, a galore of shops and shopping centres, restaurants, bars and entertainment halls, offers all sorts of possibilities for good buys and leisure activities. At night Puerto del Carmen is the ideal place to go for a stroll along the promenade taking in the sights and sounds, carried on the balmy sea air. For the young and energetic this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.
