We are delighted to be able to offer this fabulous prestigious villa in a wonderful elevated location in Central Puerto del Carmen with superb panoramic views to the sea and across to Fuerteventura. The stunning villa is just a few minutes walk to the golden sandy beach and perfectly situated for the main Avenida of shops, popular bars and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen, Take the steps down from the terraces to the 12m x 5m attractive kidney shaped solar and electrically heated swimming pool set in mature tropical gardens with high walls enabling you to soak up the sun and relax in complete privacy. The villa also features a 'Hotspring' jacuzzi and external pool table. The property is built on two levels and benefits from both open and covered sunbathing terraces. Guests can also enjoy the outside dining area and BBQ. The villa sleeps up to 9 people and all bedrooms atre airconditioned. They include an upper level twin bedroom with ceiling fan, and a double bedroom with patio doors leading to a large balcony, as well as a shower room. On the ground floor, there is a well furnished split level airconditioned lounge with patio doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool, satellite TV, video player and CD player, a dining area leading to a large modern fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with patio doors, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom, and also a twin bedroom and family bathroom. The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies about 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula, and is the most unusual of the Canarian Islands.
