About the home

For your information, we are offering the following.

1) The villa is solely rented during the months of august, september, octuber, with capacity until 10 persons.
Optional: The villa rented if apart from the 3 mentioned months, upon request, we can rent the villa for a different month for example: July.

2) The studio is rented weekly or monthly all year except 3 months above-mentioned, ( for two or 3 persons ).
The price for Apartment-Studio is 299 € for a week
(3 persons 50 € more extra), Baby til 3 years old free.

“Our wonderful stay at Villa Lua” Our stay at Villa Lua was perfect! Miguel was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us around the lovely property. There were also some welcome items which included wine, milk, tea, cookies, coke, water, and olives. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe area that is walking distance to everything you need. The supermarket is only a 5 minute walk. There are an unlimited number of restaurants on Avenida de las Playas which is only a 7 minute walk. Here you can also find the beach! Biosphera plaza is only a 7 minute walk. If you desire to rent a car instead of using the excursion buses, you can easily do so. There are plenty of car rentals within walking distance which only charge about 35 euros a day. There are so many different attractions on the island and so much to do! Villa Lua was conveniently located to all bus lines as well. Miguel is very helpful and available if you should need anything! There is a computer with internet access available in the Villa, and you can easily email Miguel and he will respond promptly. Villa Lua has everything you need/want, a washing machine, dryer, complete kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, jacuzzi, very clean pool, etc. We look forward to returning again to Villa Lua in the future.

“Affordable luxury, would recommend” Loved it, on arrival was greeted by the owner and in the villa was a welcome pack waiting, fully stocked bar and ice cubes in the freezer, pool had been heated, just needed to unpack to party. Everything was thought out, each room individually designed to a very high spec, really beautifully decorated. Close to the. Beach, bars and restaurants, but would not suit the lesser .mobile. Fantastic villa with everything at your fingertips
