Charming small newly renovated apartment located at the beginning of the Avenida Las Playas, just a 2 minute walk from the promenade and shops in Puerto del Carmen.

The apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard, re-wired, re-plumbed and re-tiled. It is tastefully furnished with a design and decor giving a light and airy feel throughout. A fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom en suite and large bedroom with king size bed. Terrace area to the front of the property.
TV has a USB port, then if you like you can bring some movies on a memory stick.

Puerto Del Carmen is situated on the east coast, it is the principle tourist resort on the island. The new town of Puerto Del Carmen offers everything you need for a fantastic holiday full of variety. for both day and night time activities. Suitable for all age groups and nationalities.

The beautiful resort has the largest beaches in Lanzarote. The main beach Playa Grande has all the water activities for all the family young and old. It is also ideal for just lazing or strolling in the sun. It also is ideal for finding a quiet corner.
Puerto Del Carmen is just perfect for long morning walks or late evening strolls. All restaurants, bars and night life are in walking distance.
The old town of Puerto Del Carmen is a picturesque fishing port containing a variety of great restaurants and bars full of live music.
