About the home

This villa is situated in a private cul de sac in tias local supermarkets ,Bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk
The 3 bedroom Villa is fully furnished and sleeps six to eight people in one double room and two twin rooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. Linen is provided and there is a maid service. The private outdoor pool is solar-heated with a arnage of sun longers for relaxing. The villa is in the heart of Tias and only 5 minutes car journey from Puerto del Carmen strip.

The villa is fully equipped for a party of 6 with loounge and dining seating, outdoor patio furniture and a BBQ. The kitchen has every applicance you could need, and there is satellite TV and a VCR as well as a radio and CD player.

The Lanzarote region

The Puerto del Carmen / Tias area

The Villa is situated on the edge of the small town of Tias. Tias is approximately four kilometres inland, north of the Puerto-Del-Carmen.

- Tias

The Village of Tias has a supermarket and chemist, as well as a superb range of restaurants, where prices are cheaper than in the main resorts. An information folder and brochure in the villa provides details on places to visit.

- Puerto Del Carmen

Tias overlooks the larger town of Puerto del Carmen which has the Island's largest beach, Playa Grande, and offers a fantastic variety of both Daytime and Nighttime activities to suit people of all ages.
The old town of Puerto Del Carmen is a picturesque fishing port containing a wide variety of fabulous restaurants. Here you can eat anything from a traditional Canarian dish, Italian pasta or pizza to Irish or English breakfast. This is definitely a must for those who love fine foods in wonderful surroundings. The new town hosts the main centre of nightlife called Centro Atlantico where one will find many bars, discos and live music venues playing the latest sounds.

“Relaxing” This Villa was perfect for our needs. It is well presented & comfortable, we especially liked the fact that each room had an en-suite bathroom, which meant no waiting for the shower! Tias itself is quiet, but if you want a lively resort, Puerto Del Carmen is only a few minutes drive away. There are some great restaurants in Tias, we liked La Esquina, and the Chinese restaurant. Also The Mermaid bar, which does excellent fish and chips, the owners of which gave a very friendly welcome. We didn't hire a car, but if we were to return, (and we plan to,), I think we definitely would for convenience.

“fantastic villa well worth staying in” we got married in lanzarote in june and stayed in this villa for 10 days, from the moment we arrived it was fabulous, very clean, everything you need, all rooms ensuite and very spacious, the heated pool was great and only walking distance to the lovely village of tias, this villa is only 5mins drive to peurto del carmen and i would highly reccomend the villa, it was great, thanks to john and mary for making our wedding extra special and we will be back. brendan and lisa

“Quiet location great experience fab villa” Lovely villa with everything you need in it. Pool was great heated and could even swim at night. 3 bedrooms all ensuite 2 with baths. Very quiet area perfect for relaxing. Would reccomend hiring a car as we went in and out to puerto del carmen taxi would average 8 euro each way. No mini buses available for group of six, overall villa well worth money and would defiantly stay again
