On the first floor, Number 6 is airy, light, spacious and comfortable; a lovely apartment! It is secure, private and has views of the sea and the mountains. There are 2 Balconies, each with a stunning view, for relaxing, sunbathing and outdoor dining. In addition, there is an east facing terrace, should you wish to escape from the sun! The apartment is furnished with everything you might need.

This first floor apartment with its own private entrance is one of only 8 in this small, secure, attractive complex with a shared pool. The complex is centrally located and only a 7 minute stroll from the beach, promenade, restaurants, bars and shops. There's a well-stocked supermarket within 100 metres.

Number 6 is a lovely apartment with views that overlook the pool and across the neighbouring rooftops to the sea and the hills in the west. Two balconies with patio furniture, parasol, cushions and sunbeds.

All visitors receive our complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, washing-up liquid & washing powder. If you require anything else, please contact us and we try our best to organise anything extra you may need for your arrival. We have large 8 litre water bottles delivered to the complex for sale at 2 Euros, so no need to worry carrying them from the shops. We have an English Manager on site who is easily contacted to answer any questions, or provide you with any help you may need. Karen, our site-manager, can also do laundry for guests for a small charge.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and well-equipped and has all the home-comforts you need; comfortable three seater and two seater upholstered sofas, a new satellite system which gives you BBC 1, BBC2, 3 and 4, ITV 1, 2 and 3, RTE 1 and 2 and other home channels. There is a DVD and radio/CD player plus a selection of DVD's. A heater is provided in winter and for extra comfort a fan is provided in summer. . A safety deposit box is also provided free of charge. Breakfast bar and very well equipped kitchen with full cooker with 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with bath and over-the-bath shower, bidet and hairdryer. The twin bedded room with teflon-lined curtains has large wardrobe, free safe and fan.

“Just returned from a relaxing 11 night holiday at Las Palmeras III. The complex is based in a residential street,so peaceful and quiet. The apartment is quite spacious very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The added bonus of having 3 balconies to catch the sun no matter what time of the day was my ideal heaven ! The complex is private and secure having your own separate gated entrance, felt like home from home. Stella who owns the apartment was most helpful and sent out a detailed information pack prior to my holiday, which was very useful. Karen (on site manager) truly is a gem, made me feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. It was also great being able to buy water on site.

“Just spent a week here at the end of April. First time booking a private rented apartment, was a bit apprehensive but no need to worry at all, this was just spot on. The apartment is in a quiet residential area just a short walk to the front with all its many bars and restaurants. The apartment is quite spacious and has everything you would want to make your stay relaxing and comfortable and you get a lot more extras than when you book with a tour operator. This apartment had the luxury of 3 balconies so you could bask in the sun all day if you want or cool off on the east facing balcony once the sun had gone over the top. Karen who looks after the block is lovely and friendly and always had the time of day to chat and give you tips on the area and help you with anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Stella who owns the property made all the booking process so easy there was nothing to worry about. We received a lovely detailed brochure with details of the apartment and the surrounding area and tips of where to eat too. For us it was perfect and can't wait to go back. Would definitely recommend.”

“We stayed in this apartment for five weeks, which seemed to simply fly by! Booking was easy with communication from Stella friendly, informative and efficient. The apartment felt spacious and light with views of surrounding mountains leading to sea and local areas. One of the great pleasures we enjoyed was watching the captivating sunsets from either of the two main balconies whilst relaxing with a drink. Definitely home from home, cosy and welcoming. Several supermarkets within easy walking distance which we would visit on our way back from sea front walks. The route back is approached by inclines which improved our fitness levels no end (we are not youngsters!). It was reassuring to have the security of private locked gates to the apartment but the area felt ok and unthreatening. In fact on our return day the spanish lady who lives in the property opposite the apartments and spoke no english phoned for a taxi for us as ours failed to turn good neighbours too! Wonderful relaxing break. Final word of thanks to Karen who checked we were ok and sorted any issues and answered questions very very helpful, friendly but non-invasive too. “Had a fabulous weeks holiday staying in this lovely apartment. The apartment is spotless and very roomy, great views from the balcony's.

Found it to be so handy , jumped into a cab after landing at 17.30 , took us 10 mins to arrive at the apartment, By 19.00 we where enjoying a meal and bottle of wine at a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea.

The apartment is only about 7 mins walk to the beach, The restaurants in the resort are amazing, fabulous value for money, and went to a different one every night. The apartment complex is very relaxing and a great suntrap, breakfast on the balcony each morning , then lazy days reading our books by the pool, If you are looking for a relaxing home from home place to stay in Pdc, this apartment is for you. We both have agreed we will be booking again for next year. Fabulous value for money all around, and weather was gorgeous !!!!!!!!!”

“My husband and I are just back from a 2 week stay at Las Palmeras 111 Apartment No. 6 and have had the best holiday ever. We tried to get this apartment two years ago but missed out on it so we were really glad that this time we were able to get the dates we wanted.

The apartment is just wonderful with everything you could possibly need - a real home from home. It has its own secure gated entrance and offers great privacy. Two balconies plus a terrace means you're spoilt for choice as to where to eat/sunbathe or just chill out. The location is perfect - quiet enough to have peace but near all the amenities. There are two really good supermarkets 10 minutes either way from the apartment and the fact that you don't have to carry water is such a bonus. The apartment is managed by Karen who is lovely and couldn't do enough for us and everybody else.

We've never booked the same place twice but this time we're making an exception with No. 6. We met some lovely people while we were there and all got on so well that we're ALL booking up for next year again.

The whole process was so easy due to the detailed information provided by Stella beforehand and everything went like clockwork.

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough and can see it becoming a firm favourite with my husband and I. Roll on 2014 !!!!!”

“We are just back from a lovely holiday in Lanzarote. Apartment 6 had everything in it you would need. We liked having our own entrance to the apartment and the balconies, we sat on one to have lunch, then moved to the sunbathing one! It was a very quiet area, but just a short walk to the front or the old town, with supermarkets near at hand. It was also great being able to buy water on site instead of having to lug it from the supermarket. The managers, Karen and Steve, were great, nothing was too much trouble and the apartment and complex were spotless. Hopefully we'll get back next year!”

Stella the owner was so accommodating as we wanted to stay an extra day which wasn't a problem. The apartment is so close to everything and only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport so no need for a car either. We had the pool to ourselves and when not at the pool there is a choice of balconies! The apartment was clean, comfy and even had a choice of DVDs to watch after a busy day at the beach. “We have just had a week at Apartment No: 6 and it made our holiday. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and everything you would want, including privacy. The 3 terraces are a bonus, shade or sun, whatever your heart desires. Lovely pool and as the complex is small, most of the time we were the only ones in it.

Very close to all amenities, beach etc. Supermarket 2 minutes walk.

We loved it so much that we are booking for next year.

We have booked several apartments over the years and this one is by far the best, what more can I say!”

“We are only 9 days back from a wonderful holiday in this apartment 6 , and we have booked it again....... the Las Palmeras 3 is very good, the site is wonderful and very quite,The resort is good and very clean.

Apartment 6 is so very private, clean and very well stocked. Situated in a residential area a short walk to a supermarket for fresh bread every morning. Lovely small very clean pool to relax in. We loved it !

A nice slow meander to the beach and the hub of the resort, able walk along the promenade for as long as you wish. old town very nice Taxi's very cheap even after midnight.

Some great restaurants spoilt for choice.

Both the owner Stella and the complex manager Karen are very friendly and very very helpful and you are made very welcome. We have stayed in many apartments over the years and this is by far one of the best.”

The accommodation was at Las Palmeras 3, a lovely small complex with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday, and the lovely manager, Karen, couldn't have been more helpful. Well placed for shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but in a really quiet and peaceful area, the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote. Definitely third time lucky.

Number 6 is a great apartment with good sized, comfortable rooms, 2 private balconies and a terrace so there's always somewhere to sunbathe or escape the sun and read, any time of the day. A home from home that we definitely want to return to again.”

“What can I say, we stayed at No 6 from 14th to 28th May 2011, top floor apartment with three balconies, sunbeds and privacy, what more could you want, The apartment has its own entrance via a gate and garden and felt like a proper little house from home. The apartment is about a 5min wa lk to the strip but lovely and peaceful. Karen and her husband who manage the apartments are always on hand if there are any problems (which there were not). There was a welcome pack with tea/coffee/water etc so you are ready to go. Stella who owns the apartment was most helpful through e-mail/telephone. Would recommend to anyone looking to book. “What a lovely holiday myself and my family have had having just returned from Lanzarote Today(27.4.11).

The accomodation was spot on for me my husband and my 2 boys 13 and 11. They loved the pool having it to themselves !!! It was immaculate.

The accomodation was perfect in every way and we wanted for nothing. The balcony off the bedroom was a hit with me as it was a complete sun trap. Alternatively the sandy beach was 5 minutes walk were you can hire sunbeds umbrellas and pedelos.

Whilst being in the resort of Puerto del Carmen we heard no noise whatsover at the Apartment as in a quiet location and this makes it ideal for families or couples. The main restaurants are again only 5 minutes away and my children loved the chinese buffet!!

Lots of supermarkets within two minute walks for local supplies and wine. Car hire within 5 minutes walk.

We hired a car before we went but next time we will taxi from the airport as its only ten minutes away.

Will definately go back- Perfect only wished we had stopped longer.”

Loved having the swimming pool all to himself as we seemed to be the only ones using it not that we complained!. The back balcony was a right little suntrap and I loved soaking up the rays in the afternoon. “This year was the third time me and my girlfriend have been to Lanzarote, and this apartment on Las Palmeras 3 was by far the best accomodation we have stayed in so far. We found the apartment clean and very comfortable to live in (something we have not always experienced in other apartments!).

The location was perfect for us, with only a 5 minute walk to the main beaches but still close enough to the old town, where our favourite restaurants lie. I have to say we felt a bit spoiled with the three balconies as well! - its great to be able to catch the sun whatever time of the day it is, and both of the front balconies offer the perfect combination of a great sea view, but with a high level of privacy at the same time.

“We have been to Puerto del Carmen nearly every year for the past 5 and stayed at Las Palmeras 3 on a few occassions, we have always found it very clean and comfortable with all the "mod-cons". It's superbly located far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to everywhere. The collection of balconies means you get the sun all day, wonderful!”

The standard of furnishings is very high with comfortable settees, beds and a well equipped kitchen. We found that having a choice of balconies and also the privacy and security afforded by the separate gated entry gives it an added advantage. There is a good range of shops close by and a supermarket which sells fresh bread every day. We will definitely be back in 2010.”

Number 6 has a private entrance from the parking area via a lockable gate and a small pretty garden. The balconies are private and are a fantastic place to sit and watch the sun go down.

The complex offers a peaceful surrounding for sunbathing or takin a dip in the pool.

The new Lanzarote Golf Resort is now open on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, only a 5-minute drive from the complex. This eighteen hole, 72 par course is 6,133 metres long and was designed by the well-known American golf course designer, Ron Kirby. Its location on the hills overlooking Puerto del Carmen gives it the incredible backdrop of the Atlantic ocean and the course itself is planted with numerous mature palm trees and other indigenous plants.

Should you choose to hire a car for visiting the many attractions on the island, the complex has its own hard-standing directly outside the entrance, as well as plentiful on-street parking.

The Canary Islands region

The most unique of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote lies only 100km off the west coast of Africa. Year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than other islands in the Canaries. Temperatures can be in the 30s but are tempered by the cooling breezes. The island measures only 45km x 18km and is made up of a spectacular lunar landscape and golden sandy beaches, with an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.

Puerto del Carmen

Once a small fishing harbour built around the harbour, Puerto del Carmen is now a thriving holiday resort. The traditional charm of the old town is accompanied by a wealth of restaurants, bars and night life. The main avenida, dotted with pretty, landscaped gardens, runs alongside the wide sandy beaches and there are many seating areas where you can relax and admire the views.

"The perfect holiday!"

What a wonderful apartment! Clean and spacious, yet cosy – a real home from home.

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you could need. The private entrance is a bonus too, and we were absolutely spoilt for choice when it came to the three balconies! Plenty of private space to sit outside, in the sun or shade, with stunning views and nice, comfortable furniture!

The location is perfect as well – a short walk to beach, bars and restaurants with plenty of supermarkets just a couple of minutes away. Positioned centrally in Puerto del Carmen means all amenities are close by, yet being set back slightly from the front makes the complex wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

The owners were extremely helpful and we were very impressed by the whole experience. By far the best holiday we've had in a long time and we will certainly be coming back!
