A spacious villa with two generously sized bedrooms both with an en-suite batheroom The main bedroom having a king-sized bed. In the lounge dining area you can relax and enjoy the satellite TV. With air- conditioning in the hot summer months and heating if necessary in the winter months. Wi Fi is available and free to all our clients.
Walls surrounding the property have been raised to provide total privacy. Enjoy a game of pool or simply sit and relax on the comfortable sunbeds provided in the terrace and later dine alfresco. Swimming pool which is roughly 6x4m in size, is heated all year round to roughly 26'C.
Ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity.

Villa Atlantico has its own private heated swimming pool. Enjoy a game of pool in the pool area or simply relax and enjoy the sunshine. You have a small BBQ area where you can make the most of our warm climate and dine outside 'Alfresco'. Villa Atlantico has its own private parking.

We ask for a 20% deposit on reservation of Villa Atlantico. Then two weeks before arrival the rest should be paid in full.
We will require your flight details, including both arrival and departure times.
For families with very young children a highchair and cot can be supplied at no extra cost.
Conditions
We provide all hand towels, bath towels and bed linen. These will be changed over mid week by the maid and the villa given a general clean.

The Puerto del Carmen / Matagorda area
From the Villa, only a short distance away you'll find Matagorda beach. Matagorda shopping centre is only 300m away, there you'll find the supermarket, bars and restuarants.For those who enjoy walking you can enjoy the coastal walkways that run from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen and the Old Town. Great for tiring out the kids! In the picturesque 'Old Town' you'll find some lovely local and international restaurants and bars. Try out some of the great Spanish 'Tapas'.
For those who enjoy golf there is a brand new Golf course open in Tias, this is the second on the Island. Only a five minute drive away. Other sports in the area include carting, horse riding, scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling. tennis, parascending, jet-ski and sea fishing.

Have been to Lanzarote three times previously, and it was wonderful to return after 8 years, especially to such a wonderful Villa! The owners had left a welcome pack of groceries (water, bread, butter, milk, biscuits, chocolate), which was very welcome as we arrived quite late in the evening. The Villa has everything you need to make your stay perfect, and it's so HUGE! Both bedrooms were good sized double rooms with lots of wardrobe storage. The two en-suites are full-sized fully equipped bathrooms (both have a bath). There is a massive open plan kitchen/diner lounge, Sat TV, CD player, DVD, aircon... OH, and FREE WiFi, which my daughter (aged 14) was made up about, especially as she had lots of school homework :-( But what made this holiday for us was how private the villa is, with it's own secluded pool area surrounded by a 6ft wall ensuring total privacy. Everything was much larger than it appears on the advertisement, including the pool (which is about 15ft x 12ft and 4ft 6 deep). The area itself (Matagorda) is perfect if you aren't looking for noisy bars and lots of people, but for those who want a little more, Peurto del Carmen is a 10 minute taxi journey (just a few Euros). I am an electric wheelchair user who can walk short distances, and this villa was ideal. Although there was one small step to get from the pool area into the villa (about 6 inches), I would leave my chair outside under the cover of the canopy where there was also an electric point where I could charge it. If I had to find any negative points at all it would be that the mattresses were a bit too firm for myself and my daughter, leaving me with achy hips, and the nearby aircraft landing and taking off - which I knew about, as I've stayed in Matagorda before - but in such a secluded peaceful villa they really intruded this time! However, these were two minor things, which i'd be prepared to put up with to enjoy the fantastic amenities offered by the villa. |
