This private property has four bedrooms, three double and one twin., Two bathrooms one en suite to the large family bedroom. The pool area is totally lockable for child safety .A children's slide in the pool area.The roman ended pool is 8 m x 4 m with steps leading into the shallow end at 1 mtr sloping down to the deep end at 1.6 mtrs.The pool has a feature of ceramic turtles one at the deep end and two smaller ones at the shallow end.The pool is heated by solar panels if the pool requires extra heating we also have electric heating this it is charged at £80.00 per week. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full oven hob and fridge/freezer. Washing machine.Sky TV (with limited channels)If you have sky at home bring your card it could work here, dvd player and stereo are provided nintendo wii and a multimedia player full of films and music for your entertainment.. A number of Children's toys are provided for the very young.including a wendy house with slide and large outside Thomas Tank Engine.and plenty of indoor games and toys Happy children happy parents, High chairs cots etc are provided on request. .A golf course is just 5 minutes away and locally we have some of the best variety of restaurants all within walking distance. We are close to shops and supermarkets. A baby sitting service is also offered by the owners if required . Everything you could want for a stress free relaxing holiday.Wi-fi availabe.

Pool Towels and all bathroom towels are provided to save those very strict weight allowances. A welcome pack consisting of Tea Coffee Milk Bread Butter Water and a bottle of local Wine will be waiting for you on arrival. If you require extra items, these can be obtained and paid for on arrival. If you have a young baby we can arrange for those extras a baby needs such as sterlizers bottle warmers etc.even pram or buggy and car seats.These items are free of charge at this villa.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is a volcanic Island situated at a distance of only 70 miles of the coast of Africa.It is 37 miles long and about 12 miles wide and is the fourth largest Island in the Canaries. The climate is one of the biggest attractions to this area. Average temperatures range between 17c and 30c in August. You can enjoy the summer throughout the year, with plenty of places to visit like Timanfaya National park, a wonderous volcanic landscape some say like being on the moon. A coach trip round the park is avaliable when you visit here.
Mirador Del Rio with its spectacular viewing point that is at the most northernly point of Lanzarote. From this viewing point you will have views of La Graciosa Isle. Cueva de los Verdes - The Green Caves and Jameos Del Agua a beautiful garden and concert area.
Lanzarote Wine Trail
Although Lanzarote is more famous for it's volcanoes the Island is also known for it's wine, you can visit the many wine areas and bodecas Lanzarote has to offer.
Cesar Manrique
Was born in 1919 in Puerto Naos Arrecife and is the person responsible for shaping the Island as it is today. His house in which people can visit is built in to the lava.
El Golfo
Located in the south of Lanzarote is home to the Green Lagoon
The Cactus Gardens Boasting most of the cactus grown on the island
Shopping on Lanzarote in the capital Arrecife and locally in Puerto Del Carmen at the Biosphere shopping centre with its children's play park. Also the markets on Sunday at Teguise and in Playa Blanca on Wednesdays
and Saturdays.
The water Park in Costa Tequise fun for all the family with its slides and pools. Buses run to here from Puerto Del Carmen. Coach trips that cover the north of the Island and the south of the Island run most weekdays.
Rancho Texas theme park zoo a great trip out for animal lovers, just 10 minutes from Tias by car.
The Puerto del Carmen / Tias area
Tias overlooks the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen and is just 5 minutes away by car to the town and beaches. Tias boasts some of the best local Tapas restaurants around and has a variety of bars and shops, all within walking distance. A large sports centre and Golf course is just 5 minutes away by car. A local bus service runs to Puerto Del Carmen where you can enjoy its lovely beaches and nightlife.

However during what can be the cooler months. November to end April we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £60 a week A deposit of 30% (non Refundable) for each week on confirmation of booking is required.Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings are normally from 3.00 PM on day of arrival to 10.00 am.on day of departure. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, Please ask.
