Apartment | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
Our small and friendly complex of only 8 apartments is super convenient for the main beach, shops and restaurants and yet is situated in a quiet but "central to everything" area of Puerto del Carmen. We offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere around the pool, complete with easy access steps, plenty of sunbeds and luxury sunbed pads. We are child and wheelchair friendly.
This apartment is equipped to a high standard of comfort and offers a large lounge with CD/Radio, DVD, and new flat screen TV with English channels from BBC 1, 2, 3 & 4, ITV 1, 2 & 3, Channel 4 & 5, and RTE 1 & 2.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, full size electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & board. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds and two large double wardrobes (with hangers), free safety deposit box, hairdryer, and full bathroom. I can supply comfortable fold up beds for the lounge. This apartment is light, airy and secluded.
We are completely enclosed by locked security gate. There is plenty of parking on the hard standing immediately outside the entrance, and on the street. You will have a small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water for your arrival. Sheets and towels are provided. If you require anything extra - just ask and I will endeavour to supply.
We have large 8 litre water delivered to the complex for sale at €2, so there's no need to carry all the heavy water from the shops, and a community washing machine is available for a small charge.
So... with an excellent level of service from our apartment manager, everything you need for a wonderful week, fabulous fortnight, or longer included in my quoted prices, contact me early to book your stay. Cheers!

“This is our 6th visit and as always a great relaxing week. Apartment clean and well looked after, all kitchen facilities, fridge, toaster, microwave, cooker and hob. Ironing board and iron and hair dryer. A great base for seeing Lanzarote, and convenient for walking into Puerto del Carmen. We will be back next year!”

“My friend and I stayed here for a total "chill out" break. We certainly had that! The area was very quiet and peaceful and the apartment was spotless with everything we needed. It felt homely and we had the added bonus of Karen (complex manager/housekeeper) who looks after everything and is a mine of information. We had total peace of mind with the complex being locked and knowing Karen was there if we needed anything. My only minor negative would be the pool was too cold but then I think that is more of a personal opinion. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we will certainly return. We had a ball!”

“I have just returned from a beautiful holiday in Lanzarote. The apartment was all it was advertised and more..in so far as it was spotlessly clean, had little touches which made it feel like home from home....and wonderful management, Karen and Steve....they were excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment; it is quiet and within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. I will definately return. Kathryn”

“Our 3rd holiday at Las Palmeras 111 and our 2nd staying in apartment 2- thoroughly recommend both the location and the apartments. Quiet but quite close to the resort and, because of the high temperatures we encountered, fantastic to have the pool no more than four steps from our verandah. Many thanks to Karen the housekeeper - a real treasure- hope to see her again in the not too distant future.”

“The apartment was well equipped and in the centre of the town. The swimming pool was only suitable for experienced swimmers as it was deep at both ends - not suitable for children or non-swimmers.”

“We had a lovely, relaxing time and were a permanent fixture around the pool for the 10 days we were there! It was just what we were after - the weather was great, The Old Town was frequented every evening (I think we single handedly kept Benitos going!) and we really appreciated being in the peace and quiet surroundings that your apartment lies in. I'd also like to say that Karen was absolutely fantastic - she couldn't do enough for us and was a brilliant source of local information!”

“This is the fourth time I have stayed in these apartments. I have stayed in number 1, number 2, number 3 and number 5 and they are all perfect! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. They are a perfect size and have everything you need in them. They are very private and so peaceful! The pool is lovely too! To make them better they are only a 5-10 minute walk from the main strip! Can't praise these apartments enough :-)”

We are completely enclosed by locked security gate. There is plentiful parking on the hard standing immediately outside the entrance and also on the street. We have an excellent housekeeper who takes care of all the apartments, and is always helpful. The new golf course is open!!!
The Lanzarote region
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink it is the most popular destination for holidaymakers. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
In the evenings you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Puerto del Carmen
The Old Town for excellent food and cheaper eating out, Fundacion de Cesar Manrique (this was his house in the 60's) for me was just the bees knees, as are his other creations if you are the arty type, eg Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, Caves, and an active Volcano! There's a lot more to do on Lanzarote than you first give it credit for.
Excellent sunny beaches all over the island, and Playa Blanca 18 miles away has the most amazing safe, green and spectacular sea of Flamingo and Playa Dorada beach, totally enclosed by piers.
Watersports are available on most beaches. This can be as relaxed or as busy as you want your holiday to be.
I have been told the new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is open!!!
