Villa Lea is a stunning, modern, family owned, luxury villa located just five minutes' walk from the main beach in Puerto Del Carmen. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, Hotspring Hot Tub, BBQ area furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
With two double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families.
The villa also includes, Sky Tv (limited channels), Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and free Wi-Fi
Four large bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor and one twin room which is on the ground floor suitable for clients with mobility problems.
Three shower rooms with WC and bidets. It also has a stunning dining area and Kitchen. All modern and kept to a very high standard.

The property has entrance gates leading onto a fully tiled terrace which surrounds the property.
Comfortable patio furniture including sun loungers (beach towels provided) and sofas adorn the patio area, which can be illuminated at night.
Pool details 8m x 4m, depth range 1m to 2m, roman steps and pool cover, no handrails.

Smoking is permitted outside in the patio area
Refundable breakages deposit of €100 required on arrival, to be refunded on inspection of the property on your departure.
25% deposit required to confirm booking this will be refunded if the booking is cancelled eight weeks before arrival. Full payment is required eight weeks before arrival.
The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20 km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August. Annual rainfall is just 140mm (5.5 inches). This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.
Despite the Volcanic nature of the island, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches such as at Playa Blanca and Papagayo.
The Puerto del Carmen / Central Puerto del Carmen area
Situated on the East Coast, Puerto del Carmen is the principle and busiest resort on the Island. The new town of Puerto Del Carmen offers a fantastic variety of both Daytime and Night-time activities to suit people of all ages and nationalities.
This beautiful resort has the largest span of beaches in Lanzarote, Playa Grande if full of water acitivities for all the family or just lazing in the sun in a quiet area which can still be found on the magnificant beach..
For those who love early mornings and daytime activities,.Its main beach Playa Grande is perfect for long morning walks or late evening strolls , It faces a long strip which hosts a huge variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
The old town of Puerto Del Carmen is a picturesque fishing port containing a wide variety of fabulous restaurants and bars with live music.

We were a party of eight adults visiting Villa Lea for the first time in March 2012. We were met at villa and given details all about the villa. We were really impressed and it had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Location quiet but within walking distance of all shops, bars and restaurants. Outside areas fab. The decor inside was first class, all areas spotless and really well looked after. The kitchen had more utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses than you could ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. We are hoping to return next year as couldn't ask for better. Thanks Elaine for allowing us to stay at your "Fab Villa". Margaret. we stayed in villa Lea in July for eight days it was an amazing villa very luxurious. The heated outside pool and hot tub was a little bit of heaven! great location peaceful but only a short stroll to the beach and many restaurants and bars. the owner was very organized with bookings and always got back promptly to us. we would defiantly recommend this villa to anyone!!
