Beach villa, holiday rental, all year long in the sun, self-catering and romantic, It has its own pool and sun terrace, for private relaxation. Located in Puerto del Carmen, which is the largest and oldest tourist resorts of Lanzarote.

This single storey villa with its own private pool is located in Calle Mato, just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach and wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Within walking distance we have the most complete range of leisure, the old town with its restaurants, beaches, bars, restaurants, grocery, medical, shopping centres, diving, horse riding, thalassotherapy (bathing water sea), sports centres, golf, etc..

This tastefully decorated villa has a lounge with comfortable furniture and exit doors to the terrace, the lounge has a picture window with lovely views. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and also has an annex with a bedroom and a bathroom (Also be aware that the extra bedroom is completely separate, only suitable for adults or older children), It also has a spacious and well equipped kitchen

The villa has a beautiful terrace around the pretty 6.5 x 3.5 metres pool, and quite exceptional, panoramic sea views, which has sunbeds, patio table and chairs and sun terrace for private relaxation. The villa offers a very good level of privacy for sunbathing.

Step outside to the terrace and there is plentiful space to sit in the sunshine and work on your tan around the fair sized pool.

A furnished tiled terrace outside the living room provides a great spot to while away the hours and there is also a barbecue for conjuring up alfresco meals.

The villa is inside Puerto del Carmen, Also is the area well lit and with streets in good condition.
The area is very safe, you can go home of a stroll from the restaurants at night, with total security.

The villa is located in a quite area but very near the facilities and services you'll need. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, clothing shops, shopping centre, etc. 5 minutes of a stroll

10 mins drive from airport
3 mins drive to nearest golf course.
The marina of Puerto Calero is only a 5 minute drive.

At night Puerto del Carmen is the ideal place to go for a stroll along the promenade taking in the sights and sounds, carried on the balmy sea air.

For the young and energetic this resort is a lively hotspot with a buzzing nightlife.

You should not miss the opportunity to visit the Montanas del Fuego where you can still experience the heat that lies just beneath the ground in this truly wonderful volcanic area.

The influence of Lanzarote's most famous artist Cesar Manrique is all around you in the many attractions that he encouraged in his lifetime.

There are two excellent eighteen hole golf course within easy driving distance of the villa, one only 2 minutes away.

For those who enjoy motor sport there is a superb quality Go-Kart track within 10 minutes drive. It has all the very latest electronic timing equipment to make for a very competitive and fun time. On certain days of the year it hosts professional competitions.

Taxis are available from the airport and the journey takes less than 15 minutes. Alternatively you can hire a small car for around 150 Euro per week. All the major car rental companies are inside the arrivals hall at Areciffe airport. It is not usually necessary to pre-book but if you wish to do so just type "car rental Lanzarote" into your favourite search engine.

Minibus Transfer: If you do not rent a car to the airport, and wants to avoid the long queues for the taxi, you can book a transfer from airport to the Villa
