Approx. 10 mins walk to beach less to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Fully equipped self catering kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. BBQ Digital TV and DVD player. Set in mature gardens, this superb secluded and very spacious family villa is very popular with our clients as it is furnished to a high standard and built in Scandinavian style on one level. The large lounge has an attractive vaulted timber ceiling. There are French doors leading from all of the rooms to the pool area and terraces.
The large hourglass shaped swimming pool has a shallow end so is suitable for children. There are several sun terraces and a built in BBQ with seating area for al fresco dining.
The accommodation is in two separate buildings therefore affording independence for groups.
The main house with its attractively furnished country style lounge comprises seating for 10 and has a cd hi fi system, video, digital TV with a selection of English programmes, DVD player.
The rustic breakfast room/kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, full oven an hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and iron/ironing board and a table and chairs seating 6. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher for clients use.
The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and terrace doors leading to the swimming pool area and pretty gardens with sea and mountain views
A further 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin share a full bathroom and both have terrace doors leading to the swimming pool area with sea and mountain views.
There are extensive gardens surrounding the heated swimming pool which is approx. 13m x 5m offering panoramic views out towards the sea and mountains.
Please note that the 7th and 8th persons would sleep on put-u-up beds.
Services For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service,linen and towel change
Car Requirements A car is not considered essential for this villa. We would be happy to arrange your car hire requirements to be collected on arrival at the airport or delivered to your place of stay

The Lanzarote region

Puerto del Carmen / Los Mojones area
Los Mojones is located within the main Town of Puerto del Carmen. Located just a 5 minutes walk to the golden yellow sandy beaches. Along the main street, adjacent to the beach, there is a multitude of international bars, restaurants and fun activities such as crazy golf for the kids. There is a large shopping centre called the 'Biosphera' ,which is just a few minutes walk from the villa and has a multitude of Canarian and internationally recognised shops, bars and cafès for you to sample. There is something for everyone in this part of Town with the Old Town Harbour being a personal favourite for authentic canarian bars and restaurants mainly serving fish. For the more energetic, a ten minutes walk will lead you to Centro Atlantico and the main Avenida with late night clubs and bars which will keep you going from dusk until dawn.
How to get there
Aerlingus now operates 3 direct flights per week from Dublin to Lanzarote on days Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They also now fly direct from Cork to Lanzarote twice weekly between October and March.
Many tour operators fly direct from the main airports of the UK, Scotland,Ireland and Wales throughout the entire year. Try www.Travelsupermarket.com for best available prices.
There are also direct flights from most major airports throughout Europe.
There is also a direct flight from major airports in Canada once a week on a Saturday.
