This large apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. We also provide a George Forman minicooker which makes lovely burgers, paninis and steaks.Our spacious lounge has modern and comfortable furniture which comprises of a 3 seater sofa that can be transformed into a double bed and 2 recliner armchairs.We have a large T.V. with UK satellite and a D.V.D with a selection of films for young and old. Our dining table can be extended to seat 6 people for dinner. This apartment is situated in a quiet area at the rear of the complex within easy walking distance of several safe , sandy beaches where you can spend the day splashing with the kids in the warm water or simply relax with a good book while the kids make sandcastles.If you like long walks, this is the perfect place for you. The terrain is flat and there are several beautiful walks along the water. We are near some brilliant restaurants offering amazing value in both Spanish and English cuisine. The value in these restaurants is amazing. Two people can have dinner and a bottle of wine for under €40. Honestly!!!
The apartment is very well equipped with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils. We also have some kids toys and two sets of golf clubs (to use at your own risk) if you fancy a game at one of the local clubs. Because we use it as regularly as possible it is a home from home in the sun with many little touches you would not normally find in a holiday apartment. There are lots of towels, both bath and beach, which will give you more space in your bag for clothes. We have a large balcony with table , chairs and parasol. We have a selection of sun chairs and loungers which are light so you can either take them to the pool or to the beach across the road.The beaches are amazing and you will want to spend every minute soaking up the sun in the fabulous little sheltered coves. You are welcome to use our cooler box and bring a picnic.And when the sun goes down, just sit on the balcony, relax and enjoy a glass of wine This is what holidays are all about!!!!

We can comfortably cater for 6 people. We also have a travel cot for our younger guests at no extra cost. We have installed satellite t.v. This is great , especially in the off-peak season if you just want to stay in, relax with a glass of wine and watch a movie.We also have an extensive supply of d.v.d's and loads of good books.
The location of the apartment is ideal for families. Within five minutes walking you have the choice of several chinese restaurants, two pizzerias,some Spanish tapas bars and a fish restaurant. Go across the road to our small beach or walk along the paseo to the main beach where you will find a wonderful selection of eating places. Alternatively, drop into the Heladeria where you will find the largest choice of beautiful ice-cream. If you like walking, this area will be your little piece of Heaven.It is completely flat and you can walk from Bol Nuevo to our apartment (35 mins)on a newly constructed pathway alongside the water.Alternatively, you can use the cycle path which has been constructed alongside the walkway. We have several return guests, some who have now stayed with us for 3 consecutive years.

Large well maintained pool with wooden surround and kiddies pool.The pool is fully supervised in the Summer months. Nice seating area in the shade of pergola for those really hot days. Convenient sandy beach and safe areas where you can walk and cycle.A variety of restaurants offering a wide range of meat and fish dishes at very affordable prices. Short walk to supermarket, post-office and pharmacy. Car parking facilities outside the apartment and also private parking underground. We have air con and ceiling fans in all rooms.
Conditions
5O% deposit to be paid when booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure. On all bookings a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable. This will be returned after departure when our property manager has confirmed that there are no breakages or damages. Excellent cleaners employed. During peak times when there is an immediate follow-on booking we would ask guests to check out by 12.00 on day of departure to allow cleaners to prepare for next guests.If this is not possible please let us know at time of booking.

The Costa Calida region
Mazarron sits in a bay overlooking the Mediterranean with a 35km. coastline. There are two town centres Puerto de Mazarron and Mazarron. The seaboard in this area provides an optimum environment during your holiday for swimming or for long strolls along the shore..This is a paradise for walkers with the most beautiful scenery to enjoy.It is mainly flat terrain and a short stroll from the apartment will take you to the most beautiful unspoilt coves where you can swim in the clear aqua-marine waters. Tourists can also embark on bicycle and horse riding routes which will bring them inland to enjoy the ruggedness and history of this area of Spain.Murcia has a wonderful animal and water park which can be enjoyed by young and old. Visitors to this area can enjoy sun one day and can go skiing in the 'Sierra Nevada' the next.There are many good golf courses within an easy drive of Puerto.Because this is the driest hottest corner of Spain, the 'Mini Hollywood' wild west theme park , where many spaghetti westerns starring Clint Eastwood were made, is just over an hours drive away. Carthagena, 45 mins. away is definitely worth a visit. Large cruise liners regularly dock here and visitors can tour the old roman amphitheatre walls or ascend in a panoramic lift that affords views over the city. Carthagena has a huge variety of shops with a new out of town shopping mall called 'Mediterrania'.
The Puerto De Mazarron area
A 5 min. drive or 20 min. walk will take you to Bolnuevo. As well as having one of the most unspoilt and beautiful beaches it also boasts one of the most peculiar of all the landscapes in the region.Here, wind and water together have shaped strange forms modelling them to form a sort of 'haunted city'. Well worth a visit.
This is a mecca for water sports. Visitors can take part in diving,sailing, rowing, water-skiing and paragliding.With the advantage of the climate and it's 300 days of sunshine each year and a weather of average temp. 20 degrees c.,Mazarron offers the holiday maker a wonderful time.
For the children, our complex has a large pool and a small kiddies pool or alternatively directly across the road from the apartment is a lovely sandy beach - ideal for the kids.Aqua Natura, a water park with 10 slides, including a kamikaze ride, is located off the cartagena- Murcia motorway.Here you will also find a 'lazy river' where you can relax and let the water take you along. Also self-service restaurant and picnic areas. If you like walking or cycling this is the place for you.

Puerto de Mazarron is located on the Costa Calida ( the warm coast ) and boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year, with daytime temperatures rarely dropping below 15c in Winter and 30c in Summer. Puerto de Mazarron is a traditional Spanish town with a wide range of blue flag beaches and restaurants offering Spanish, Italian, Chinese, English and Spanish fare at exceptionally good prices. The marina has been recently been extended and there are many new shops, restaurants and bars where you can browse, relax and simply enjoy the fact that you are ' on holiday'. In Cartagena, 20 mins away either by bus or car, you will find shops such as C&A, Calvin Klein, Bershka, Pull and Bear and H&M. Here you can also enjoy 10 pin bowling,a 9 screen cinema and outlets such as McDonalds and Burgerking.

you couldnt ask for a better location so close to the beach.a clean and comfortable,well equipped apartment.fabulous pool.the owners really helped with information etc.such a shame we picked the week when it decided to rain for the first time in 17 weeks!! |

The aprtment is mid way between the Main and Sports Marina's only a few steps from the beach, it is close enough to walk to the restuarats and bars, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and rush of people. Apartment block is secure and flat is clean and tidy in a friendly environment. The owners Monica and Sean are reliable and keys and instructions arrived in good time, so you can book with confidence Michael in Kent. |
