The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Cartegena is an ancient historical, coastal city, Murcia is also an attractive city with a real sense of Moorish heritage, and also boasts modern shopping and dining facilities. Sierra Espugna National Park is a must and is perfect for walking, cycling or just taking in the wonderful views
Puerto De Mazarron area
Mazarron bay is enclosed by mountain ranges resulting with a "microclimate" that boasts more than 300 days of sunshine every year. The coastline of Puerto de Mazarron has many kilometres of fine sandy beaches and safe bathing.
Puerto de Mazarrron has just about everything, from great nightlife and bars to relaxing quite days in the sun. You'll find Q flag awarded beaches surrounded by secluded bays. We have a diversity of water based activities such as scuba diving, whale spotting trips, fishing and the ever popular sitting on the habour watching the days catch being unloaded.

You have a choice of either Murcia, Alicante or Almeria Airports. Most Budget Airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, BMIBaby, Monarch, Thomsonfly, serve either or all from the majority of UK Airports.
Many Car hire companies are available. Holiday autos, Hertz, Goldcar.es, and Europcar are just a few.
Murcia Airport is about a 40 minutes drive.
Alicante Airport is about a 90 minute drive

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and washing machine to cater for all your holiday requirements. Both bedrooms are modern in design and finish, with one double room and one twin. Both have more than adequate storage space and are air - conditioned, or heated for your comfort. Additionally, the lounge sofa can be converted into a double bed meaning that the apartment can easily accommodate 6 people.
Further details outdoors: You have use of perhaps the biggest pool in town with spectacular views over the bay, and with the added benefit of a life guard through the summer months. The open-air summer pool is surrounded by sun terracing with shower and toilet facilities. The complex is gated with telephone entry from each apartment, plus you have use of your own private underground parking.
Additionally, you'll also find one of our best beaches with the town, awarded the much sought after Q flag for supreme excellence. An array of Golf courses are within an hours drive, with the closest golf course at Camposol golf just 15 mins drive away, and within an hours drive you can visit the famous Roman fortress towns of Cartagena or Lorca...both well worth a visit if only to see the stunning architecture and castles

PLEASE CONFIRM AVAILABILITY BEFORE BOOKING. A SECURITY/ BREAKAGE DEPOSIT OF €200 IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL, TO BE REFUNDED ON DAY OF DEPARTURE.
1. When enquiring about availability and suitability of a holiday property, it is your responsibility to make us aware of any issues that may affect your holiday, for example whether the property has wheelchair access, or whether you require additional services such as travel cots, strollers, etc.
2. Payment for your holiday home must be made in full 8 weeks before your arrival. An initial deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Should you fail to make either payment we reserve the right to allocate your holiday home elsewhere.
3. In the event that you have paid all or part of the rental, and subsequently cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. A percentage of the balance may be repaid to you, but this is dependant upon the timespan between cancellation and planned arrival.
4. A returnable “breakages” fee will be charged, of €200. This will be returned to you in full or in part on the day of your departure.
5. It is your responsibility to have adequate insurance cover for your holiday. We are not responsible for any loss, accidents, deaths, illness etc.
6. We always strive to make your holiday a very special one. If you have any complaints or comments about any part of the service offered, please tell us immediately, in order that we may put things right.
