This 3 bed , 2 bath semi-detached villa is available for long term rental from 1st Feb 2013. The property is in excellent order, and offers spacious accommodation, making an ideal family or retirement home.
The accommodation comprises: front door into large living room, with French windows at the front, passageway leading to fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with shower and WC. SAT TV has previously been installed at the house, and wiring exists to easily reinstate this.
Stairs leading to upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and French windows leading out onto a small sun terrace. Stairs from this terrace lead to the rooftop solarium, with storage cupboards and space for sunbathing in privacy. The second bedroom also has a double bed. Bed 3 can be used as a single bedroom, office or utility room and the owners currently use this for laundry and additional storage. There is a full bathroom with bath on the upper floor.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms, and built in airconditioning to the master bedroom and the living area. This can be used for both heating and cooling the villa.
Externally the garden is laid to tiles to the front, side and rear of the villa for easy maintenance. There are mature plants at the front of the house, secure gates, driveway with off road parking and even a built in dog kennel for man´s best friend. Pets are permitted at the villa with prior permission. Smoking is permitted, but preferred on terraces only. There is an outdoor dining area at the rear of the house.
The villa is located on the flat part of El Alcolar,and is an easy 5 minute stroll from the end of the main promenade and the long sandy beach in Puerto de Mazarrón. There are bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The larger supermarkets of Puerto de Mazarrón are a 5 minute drive, and 3 schools are available for primary education within walking distance , whilst the secondary schools are a 5 minute drive. This property is an ideal year round long term rental home here at the coast, and every amenity needed for year round living is on the doorstep.
