This large 5 bed country finca is located in a hamlet close to the village of Tallante. The property has approximately 7000 square metres of unfenced land, and makes an ideal rural family home.
The finca is at the end of an asphalted country lane, which is easily accessible from the main road. There is a sweeping driveway and ample parking in front of the finca, and the accommodation is laid out as follows: large entrance hall / office area, with 2 bedrooms off the hall. Internet is possible, subject to monthly charge. There is a master bedroom with stunning wooden canopy bed, and a second double bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC. This character property has been restored to a high standard, and has wooden shutters and beamed ceilings throughout.
The hallway leads on to the living area, which has a log burner , an aircon unit to offer both hot & cold air, large TV with Satellite TV available and comfortable sofas. There is a single bedroom off the living area.

The finca has a large 9m x 4m pool with roman steps. The pool area is fully tiled, with a pergola offering shade from the sun and views over the countryside and mountains beyond. The grounds are not fenced, but whilst there are no adjoining neighbours, the property is not isolated. The village of Tallante, with restaurant and doctors, is just a 5 minute drive away. The larger village of Las Palas, with supermarkets and all amenities is an 8 minute drive and the area is well served for both primary and secondary schools. Cartagena is a 20 minute drive and the nearest beaches are around the same distance. The property is close to the motorway network and the new bypass, and therefore offers a chance to commute yet live in a peaceful rural location.
